I'll note that the resolution as written asks whether children should allow themselves to be socially transgendered, which frames the child as the decision-maker. I have to screen for serious people because many of you aren't and not ready.
My position is that what children of parents should be allowed to do is up to the parents themselves.
The laws of the land are already on my side and the burden is on you the affirmative.
So your position is that older children should make the choice of how they behave any kind of way which would be the opposite of what they are and not the choice of their parents.
Why?
Why shouldn't parents have control of what they allow and the children should allow themselves?
What actually is the basis for minimizing the parental role aside from lawful parameters?
