1} If peace on Earth requires more nuclear weapons by more nations, then seems to make logical sense. Do we see nuclear nations starting wars with other nuclear nations?
2} if humanity agrees to have no nuclear weapons on Earth also makes logical sense for least chance of uncalled for nuclear attacks between any two nations.
