From what video Ive seen the woman driving had been obstructing traffic to some degree before the hooded military arrived on scene. I dunno.

Then when she was approached by hooded man, she turned wheels to right ---away from hooded military people-- in attempt to leave the scene. Perhaps not to be obstructive to traffic anymore.

So one hooded and armed with gun was at her window and one was nearing or at front passenger side corner of car, as if he could attempt to force her to stop by standing there. I think the one on front was ready to move out of way if need

So, with the wheels turned to right, and as she attempts to leave, hooded man at windows shoots her couple of times. --in head/face is certainly a kill shot I would think. And If I heard correctly this hooded man in previous year had his hand trapped in door or window of vehicle and was dragged some distance.

So here is the same man in same situation of being at window of auto with a driver, and h takes no chances of getting stuck with hand in window or door, because he has learned to shoot sooner and not take chances with gettting dragged.

Trump-adinstration labeling of this woman as terrorist is non-sense. She did a minor obstruction to some other traffic, and then attempted to leave the scene and not attempting terrorism on anyone.

What we have here is a trigger happy hooded military person who would rather shoot a person than let her drive away.
