Well, as Trump has not been convicted of any crime [the conviction in NY Court is on hold for appeal, and this observer predicts the conviction will be vacated for failure of proper prosecutorial procedure, if nothing else.The civil trial Trump endured, assumed to be, and claimed to be for rape, because rape is a criminal action, was really a civil trial; he was found "liable," not "convicted," and therefore, his punishment is strictly a fine, not jail. People who do not understand these distinctions in the law ought to shut up; they know nothing of their accusations, and thus render themselves undeserving of their blue-state superior education.
