Over the past few days our team has been working hard to release a few new features. One of these features is an ultratated debate. Ultrarated debates are designed to be the highest quality debates this site has to offer.
You will be assigned a random topic and position, as well as a random opponent as soon as we find one with a similar elo. Ultrarated debates consist of 3 rounds and allow 3 days per argument. Each round has a 10,000 character limit for each side. When your debate receives 3 votes that pass voting standards, the voting period will end.

How to submit a topic
Go to your profile -> Badges -> Earn a topic badge. Read the guidelines, take a quiz, and submit topics for ultra rated debates!
Become a certified judge
Go to your profile -> Badges -> earn a vote badge. Read the voting guidelines, take a quiz, and become a certified judge! Eventually this quiz will be mandatory for anyone who wants to have the right to vote on debatecraft.
