Ok, so here is what happens.
I click on edit. I click on submit change. It says edit failed. Then I reload the page and apparently message is edited.

Last week, all week, the edit function in Forum, trying to edit a post I made, failed, as well, by the same means SergeantLynch mentioned, but today, having just posted a comment on a new post by a member, I tested, and the edit failure notice popped up on a change, but the edit was successful, anyway. Something is definitely up with that edit function.

I tried to edit some posts and it kept saying that the edit couldn't happen, but if I went back and refreshed, it did.

Actually it does work, I get the same message. I make my changes, go to a different forum and come back and the changes are there. Just did it 30 seconds ago.
