Can you guys investigate this? I suspect a situation might have occurred, or someone said something to OP.
Make a list of necessary improvements. But if its banning trolling, I cant support that. I can support limiting free speech to some degree, and I can provide education on how to deal with trolling, but I cant approve of banning trolling because thats like 75% of forum activity as well as majority of activity on virtually any site where chats exist.
But if its site design, that is gonna get improved over time.
I reached out privately to check in. From what I skimmed in previous threads I didn't see any direct violations of the rules, but I will keep an eye out. Going to lock this thread for now to prevent further escalation.

I've messaged her about it. The long and short of it is that her experience with the site was more emotionally trying than it was worth. It's not so much an issue with trolling itself, but more the volume of said trolling compared with other site traffic. I won't get into my opinion on the matter, but I respect her decision.
