Bosnia about to finally ban corporal punishment - Only 30 years late behind the rest of the world

Ironically, we are also late behind Republic of Srpska who already has such law.

But given the corruption in a country, I still believe law will only be formal, and in reality, it wont have much influence because I doubt anyone will get arrested for that in private homes.

Children should be hit really young if they mess up. It prevents them from fucking up in the future.

I was hit a lot as a kid. It didnt really prevent me from fucking up. In fact, I dont think I could have been a greater disappointment than I am now. Because those hits have expiration date. Eventually, person stops being afraid of hits, and then acts according to own complete will which, after hits, becomes full of resentment. And there are ways to strike back those who hit you without ever laying a finger on them. In fact, merely not being anything what people expect is on its own a strike greater than any other, and failure hurts them more than hits hurt me.

they got more than ashamed, but yes, point of psychological warfare is to hurt the mind. Maybe if they had more offspring, the pain would be less, but I am their only offspring. And they wont have grandchildren either. So all they are left with in life is disappointment.

Well, you lose that psychological warfare because while they got ashamed, they disowned you, you got treated worse than murderer in prison, and you have talked about wanting to commit suicide openly on a platform.
