Yeah 65 is a perfect temp. In fact 60 to 70 is perfect. I dont think most people realize that its their favorite temp too... most people act like they want it to be 85 then they complain about how hot it is when it gets there, and they talk about how perfect it is when its in the 60s
Most people arent self aware enough to realize all this
Hot and cold temperatures mix is what improves blood flow.
I'd guess there is a large range of preferences determined by climate, culture, health, medications, age, etc.
I used to think 60+ was short pants weather and long pants were unbearable around 80+. Now, I mostly wear long pants even when the temp is over 100.

But yep, generally 65 is about perfect.
