Unfortunately alot of women have no personality cause they get attention with their looks. Alot of them only try to develop themselves in either persuit of their goals, or when their beauty diminishes.

Try talking to older women, you might find more of them to be intresting. Women under 30 tend to not be as charismatically developed.

I seriously doubt you will be as equally turned on or worried about your speech disorder around them.

Sometimes people have to see what can be, before they are willing to put effort into something as it is.

So he has a speech disorder now, and is regularly punched as a result.
