I have decided to become a candidate for "supreme leader excellent" and place speed bumps everywhere to oppress car drivers

I wouldnt call it a fetish, tho I hate cars.

I want to oppress all those cars and light vehicles with speed bumps.

Where will you get the money to buy the speed bumps. Will it come from your neighbour or successful parents?

When I am elected for supreme leader, I will raise taxes on cars to fund buying speed bumps.

And like any good leader, print money.

Sounds like a campaign promise.

Not sure that a Bosnian Excellent Supreme Leader, would have much influence upon Canadian road traffic management systems.

He said he hates cars in general.

He/they say all sorts, and lots of it.

But now she is going to fund speed bumps.
