Use common sense. Just because we can't know for sure truth is truth doesn't mean we should act as if all other alternatives are just as good. If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it's a duck.... we shouldn't assume it's a cow. Or even seriously treat that as a real possibility.

Common sense doesn't need to disprove those theorems. They look formidable enough. All common sense has to do is show what makes most sense with our limited understanding. Do we stop saying a duck is a duck simply because it might be a cow? No. Do we act like we cant know anything at all if we cant prove a duck is a duck using pure logic? No. As best we can tell a duck is a duck. And so best we can tell, the truth is that a duck is a duck, and based on all tentative truths we perceive, we conclude truth itself exists. Again, based on common sense

Yes, within the context of philosophy, truth can be anything one cares to thoughtfully construct, and relative narrative output can correspond correspondingly.

Nonetheless, if someone were to come up to you and hit you in the face with a wet fish it would be hard to deny...Whereas philosophically it could simply be a metaphor for gender dysphoria.

1} absolute truths exist ex there can only exist five, regular/symmetrical and convex polyhedra of Universe,

2} relative truth ex the sky is blue.

3} false narrative is one or both of the above mixed in with false information whether intentionally known as false or as unintentional, and not knowing what was false and was assumed/presumed to be true, and not false, so it was presented as a truth or for others to consider for them selves to research further
