COVID was a confusing time; I would forgive anyone for things they did during COVID no matter how much I dislike it. Every politician lies.

You can make that claim, but what if Mandami ends up killing more than Cuomo did. Do you think a Mandami government during COVID would have saved more people and expanded more freedom than Cuomo? I doubt it.
