As I and many others have expressed, there are perfectly legitimate considerations that warrant restrictions to the second amendment, those considerations do not apply to these other amendments.
So then, do you support restrictions for dysphoric sufferers? I am just trying to decide if your logic is consistent, or does your logic depend on carving out exceptions only when it suits you politically.
Show me the data that affirms "dysphoric sufferers" are notably more dangerous than other categories of people, like straight white males for example, and I'd be open to that.
As far as my logic goes, my position isn't about addressing the issue by targeting specific groups of people, that sounds like a you thing. My position is about addressing the availability of these weapons and the circumstances in which they can be carried (I think open carry to anyone for example is absurd).
