Interesting article, I think 1,3, and 8 are the biggies. What do you think?

Inside the Minds of Climate Deniers—10 Things Psychologists Have Learned

1. They Only Pay Attention to Facts That Support What They Already Believe

2. They Need to Believe Our Current System Is Working Fine

3. Rejecting Climate Science Is a Way to Fit in With Their Group

4. They Hate the Solutions So Much They Reject the Problem

5. Believing Climate Science While Living Normal Lives Creates Mental Stress

6. Future Problems Don’t Feel as Real as Today’s Concerns

7. Smart People Think They Can Figure Out Complex Science on Their Own

8. Conspiracy Theories Make Complex Situations Simple to Understand

9. Denial Protects People From Feeling Anxious and Helpless

10. They Only Read News Sources That Tell Them What They Want to Hear

Psychology has already embarrased itself enough as a science.

It is real, but what is even more real are the trillion-dollar scams funnelling money to rich people when they can persuade people that to deny them money is to deny the science.

I don't believe climate change is real at all, but I am willing to argue with you about this ONLY if you are willing to believe that climate change is a hoax. Otherwise, there is no point in me wasting my energy on people who are unwilling to deny climate change's existence.

The real question is, do you deny your Bill Gates your money to "save" your planet?

Do you disbelieve that global temperatures are rising at all, or do you just think the threat is exaggerated?

Also, the US is not the only country where people believe that climate change is real. Plenty of other countries are taking steps against it. If the Democrats were capable of a conspiracy that big, you'd think they'd win elections more often.

I kindof am a conspiracy theorist. What's wrong with that?

It's easier than thinking.

  1. The same is said for Pro Cli-Sci
  2. Which "System" is current?
  3. Things are more important than people?
  4. What solution? Cli-Sci is still in start-up mode - a mere 200-year-old "science." Physics and Chemistry are thousands of years experienced.
  5. Believing Cli-Sci appears to cause more stress.
  6. What future based on an infantile "science?"
  7. What is complex about Cli-Sci when one thinks money can clean clouds?
  8. a.k.a. Conspiracy of Crisis.
  9. Cli-Sci has yet to protect anybody - still in startt-up mode [see #4]
  10. See #1.

What dos it take to become a certified psychologist? A sofa, a pad of paper, a pencil, and an ability to repeat, "Uh-huh" multiple times in one-hour increments, and have the audacity to charge for that "expertise." About the same for a professional Cli-Sci.

Probably not much. All psychologists I ever talked to were way below in intelligence than what you would expect from a scientist. Psychologists which you see in movies are one thing. In reality, most are just trash.

How much did China reduce their carbon emissions by to help fight against climate change? None because they don't think it's a big problem.

More importantly, if the people who run China need money, they simply take it.

There is no need to shame their people in order to get them to willingly hand it all over to someone like Bill Gates.

There is climate change, of course, but it's not because of the pollution this civilization creates. That's a hoax lefties made up in order to introduce their fkn political agenda of insane equality in which there are a lot of usefull fools that are spreading the lies, like this girl called Greta.

The only truth is that climate change is part of the cyclical changes that the Earth goes through once in a while, it's a natural process. I'm not saying the pollution we create doesn't have an impact on the climate change or the environment, it sure does, but it's not critical.

So, climate change occurs anyway, with or without humans in this planet. By the way, this argument is also sustained by the aliens. 😁

All your issues in your post #17 to Savant are strawmen.

  1. Since 1997, when NOAA started taking measurements and keeping records of global temperatures, 28 years, over half of those years temps were below the previous year, meaning normal fluctuation, not a continuous, statistical rise as Cli-Sci claims. Further, while you would think that NOAA is science-based, why is the agency housed within the Dept of Commerce? Because Cli-Sci is just another money drain to con the people that money cleans the clouds.
  2. That other countries are concerned just says misery loves company and that Marxism groupthink is alive and well.
  3. China? Go ahead; believe theshyte they claim.
  4. Elections? How many other parties have candidates besides Ds & Rs? Like Green.

Need some vision aid?

So because of that, I think climate change is a hoax invented by the democrats to help them win elections as a left wing party (and democrats aren't center right; they are left wing) in America (right wing country).

You do realize that climate change is studied globally right? And that every reputable scientific organization literally everywhere on earth affirms that climate change is real… right?

Climate change wasn’t invented by democrats, that’s absurd. It was discovered and affirmed a thousand times over by scientists. The only reason the Democratic Party benefits from people believing it’s real is because republicans decided to turn full blown conspiracy theorist in order to deny it, leaving sane rational scientific minded voters no where else to turn.

climate change is studied globally right?

So all studies are declared valid just because? Do we toss credibility out the window? WHO, and BY WHAT CREDENTIALS are studies made?

Do these factors no longest matter? You do realize that NOAA is an agent with the U.S. Department of Commerce? What's an alleged "scientific" organization doing couched in a money-changing outfit? Who's the ex-spert here? Cli-Sci is a bogus cloud-cleaning outfit that just throws money at the clouds. To do WHAT?

What's also on the rise are staggering amounts of Europeans freezing to death due to blackouts and fossil fuel shortages.

A study from The Lancet Global Health found that, between 2000 and 2019 across 854 European urban areas, cold caused about 363,800 deaths annually.

That's not just speculation like your wild source, it's actual countable cold, dead corpses.

@fauxlaw

“The best policy to avoid extreme heat deaths — or cold deaths for that matter — is to ensure that more people can afford technology to control the temperature in their homes. That necessitates economic growth and cheap, reliable energy.”

In other words, stop paying Musk and Gates and instead let the people live comfortably.
