So one doesn't need to make observations.

It’s not a deflection, it’s the point. The things I brought up are examples which actually impact people’s lives in ways that are meaningful. You started off this thread saying you would “sarcastically accept” being called hateful, but when I broke down for you exactly why people would call you that you couldn’t take it, so here we are.
I used healthcare as an example to contrast against what you’re actually spending your time focusing on. The point: your focus on one issue (that does nothing to make your life better) while ignoring other issues (that could make your life better) demonstrates your priorities, or rather your lack thereof.

Male and female are terms which humans have come up with to describe individuals based on gamete type. Whether you're talking about moss, mammals, mold, or moths, this is quite literally the definition of the term - whether one produces sperm (small, mobile gamete) or eggs (large, immobile gamete).
