I think the identity of the democratic party has gone completely downhill. Atheists fall too far down the Atheism --> Nihilism route that allows them to feel no empathy or sympathy for any basic human functions, and the Democratic Party is just one step closer to those insane leftist-leaning priorities. It is not even like the left has bad policies, I just think that the values that the left has, when you go farther and farther down the aisle.
