Legalizing rape actually kinda works to prevent rape of people who dont want to be raped. If you think about it, being able to constantly rape a rapist is a worse punishment for him than prison. Legalizing rape would mean a rapist can suddenly become target of mass legal rape which can last a long time because there is no any time limit on it. So how would legalizing rape help a rapist?
