Abortion is killing of a person.

there is simply no way around that. Even if we assume fetus isnt a person, it is still a future person.

And murder is wrong, not because it kills a person, but because it kills a future person.

So future person argument actually generally works.

If person is something important, then surely future person is important too.

Now, the usual argument I hear is that fetus has no right to body of a woman.

I will admit that body autonomy is probably the only lex talionis system to allow abortion.

However, the scale of destruction by abortion is actually better expressed by body autonomy contradiction. Yes, woman who wants abortion has autonomy, which is in contradiction with autonomy of fetus, but also with autonomy of countless other people in line of reproduction.

Because aborting a fetus doesnt kill just 1 person. It also kills future offspring of that person, and offspring of offspring. One abortion actually has potential to kill thousands of people which would otherwise exist if abortion didnt happen.

So fetus has no right to body of a woman, alright, but does woman have right to body of a fetus?

Because when two autonomies are in contradiction, why would we assume woman is the one who is correct?

Because woman's decision to abort is a direct negation of fetus's autonomy.

If we start from a premise that person has no right no reduce autonomy of others, wouldnt that same premise apply to woman who reduces autonomy of many people completely by abortion?

Because here, we are not dealing with fetus being like rapist, but person which will perish if person doesnt receive needed use of woman's body.

As much as fetus uses woman's body by pregnancy, even more does a woman use fetus's whole future existence by abortion.

If a woman is not ready to be a mother and has had unprotected sexual intercourse, she is foolish...And if she does not seek remedial measures the next day, then she is also foolish...And if she leaves it 15 weeks then d'oh.

And for sure, a generally repressive social attitude to penis vagina issues in no way helps.

Nonetheless, none of this is necessarily a misogynistic issue, because men do not get pregnant...Women get pregnant and in the short term only they can deal with it...Okay, others can be supportive.

But I think that it's fair to say that human society is not a Utopic system.

And 15 is basically an arbitrary number wherein most women and most people, don't actually bother to consider the facts.

Well at conception, we know that gametes fuse and a diploid cell is formed, which is the precursor of the embryo and the human being.

Some might suggest therefore that the egg and the sperm are also necessarily living.

So I don't think that belief is a necessary requirement.

And some people create movements and others will move in the opposite direction, hence debate, rather than tyranny and the hypocrisy of retribution.

Being called a whore is failing to recognize the service women proved. Women don’t complain about being paid or charging for that service.
