I can say for sure IQ doesn't matter much.
I have met many above 140 IQ people who are complete retards and can't even function on a daily level, and are depressed all the time.
There is not much benefit in high IQ. It's actually more of a burden, forces people to think about 1000 things each day, while average person just relaxes.
High IQ is only beneficial for some people who know how to ride on high IQ without burning out their brains while at it.
Hitler discriminated against , persecuted and violated the human rights of Black people in Germany. While Jewish people were the primary targets of the Holocaust.
Maybe there should be a thing measuring cultural IQ. Most Foundational African Americans are not much different culturally from White Rednecks, since that was the culture their ancestors came from.
You could see Hitler not wanting to murder rednecks if he was in charge of America.
That's fundamentally untrue. Hitler was obsessed with phrenology so much that it transcended skin color. He genuinely thought Germans got their culture from their genes, and any non-German white was either unfit to live or unfit to rule. Especially rednecks.
And many blacks still love Hitler.

Notwithstanding presumed past tense, present tense confusions concerning something now largely ceded to historical records.
In so much as, I doubt that there are many "blacks" still living, that ever loved Hitler...Or for that matter, many living who ever consider Hitler to any great extent at all.
I think that what you are referring to is ongoing discrimination based largely on perceivable differences and acquired information/misinformation, which in basic form is an inherent survival strategy, and something that no amount of hyperbole will ever change.
