The simple answer to both questions is: No.

Why? Neither the US, nor Iran, are member states of the ICC, so attempting a trial in the International Court is fraught with legal entanglements that are not likely achievable. That's the bottom line regardless of your TDS, alleging illegality. Y'all can piss and moan about it, as can the ICC, the UN, Iran, or anybody else. These organizations have by-laws, and neither should think they can act like US Democrats, and even some Republicans. Obey the international law that is written and passed, and stop pissing about it.

Yes, which increases cost of living for Americans. "Lower supply plus higher demand = rise in prices".


It is only one week, and USA already lost 20 billions in military and economy, and price of oil is up 60% in USA. But USA can lose more if Iran decides to achieve more of its goals.

Crude oil discovery, extraction and processing have about as much to do with gasoline sales as automobile dealers have to do with automobile manufacturing: Nothing other than being sellers and buyers, which are two ends of commerce. The price at the pump rising is a function of gasoline dealers finding an opportunity to gouge, so, unless somebody can figure out how to prevent it [like Congress, which, right now, and typical of the times, is acting petulant.], the price will remain high long after Iran settles back into midieval existence.
