To the title's message, essentially the 'if' portion of an if/then statement, I would have the "then" say:


Come the 8 pm eastern time [US] deadline for Iran to surrender and open the Strait of Hormuz, I would send bombers to the selected bridges and energy sites in Iran, but the bombs would be shyte bombs. Yes, toilet product. Tons and tons and tons of it; enough to render these sites inhospitable for human decency. Not necessarily lethal, but it will send a message of unequivocal terms: Iran, the Great Shyte.

I hear Iran has an entire team of left fielders who can, from the left field foul pole, accurately throw a bomb that will virtually always hit home plate. Yeah, in a ball field where that foul pole is 1900 km from home plate.
