Well, sure thats a naked baby swimming. I am not sure why would you post that, but whatever. 

I actually have wondered before why that album cover isn't considered CP, but sure, I guess it isn't for some reason.

I guess they weren't as strict about that sort of thing back in the '80s.

It is borderline with child porn, but I guess nothing sexual about it. Like when parents post questionable photos of their kids on social media.

Pretty sure all it takes is for the kid to be naked, especially with visible genitalia, for it to count.

One 'could argue there is nuance in nudity.

Some stone statues were nude, for aesthetics and arts sake.

Some cultures haven't and don't mind nudity, to various degrees.

Some people argue there is a difference between the above nudities, and nudity for erotic use, or depicting sex between two individuals.

Though, I 'assume there is CP that just shows lone individuals in undress.

Maybe Spencer Elden 'did get robbed, and nowadays we ought not use humans before they can understand and contract, for films at all.

Not really. There are videos of circumcision which show baby's genitals on youtube. There are likewise medical exam videos with basically naked kids on youtube. It actually takes sexual intent for it to be child porn.

Nirvana posted child porn and nobody cared.  But people want to ban child porn.

It's hypocrisy; plain and simple.  I am a hypocrite for this position and I'm ok with that.

So if a pedophille found these and jerked off to it, then it was used for sexual intent.  The poster of the video knows it's possible that a pedo will jerk off to it (and the same is true for the person that made Nirvana).

Might makes right.  For a pedophille to be allowed to watch child porn, they have to become a president.

I'd imagine there have been nude child statues of children in history, and even in modernity.

Banning child porn is the other issue, I think most people who want to ban child porn dont realize that they are actually indirectly helping producers make tons of money off it. As for this photo, it is border line, one could even say very close to being child porn, but I doubt that was the intent.

People don't want to come off as hypocrites because they have feelings to consider (that they will deny).  Feelings to me are irrelevant.  I have no problem with being sexist in the context of me not wanting to date someone based on their gender (ie. straight).

The intent of the producers was to show a child's dick to many people and if they didn't want a pedo jacking to it, then they shouldn't have produced the design.  They could have done literally anything else.

Probably, but the intention wasnt sexual. They didnt do it with the intent to show child in a sexual way. Maybe they were going after comedy, or just something weird, but even parents who take innocent photos of their children naked arent considered child porn producers usually. Movies which show naked kids arent considered child porn either. Educational videos which show body development likewise arent child porn.

They had hundreds of alternatives.  Cannibalism when you have no other option is understandable; cannibalism with the food and technology we have is psychotic.  With options comes an obligation to abstain from the evil action; this movie cover here is no exception.

I don't think nudity is definitively pornography.

I don’t think I saw your reasoning for why being a hypocrite is not immoral. I think you implied because everyone is a hypocrite, so it seems, this justifies hypocrisy. 
However, this is bandwagon logical fallacy

2. Arrest Nirvana for promoting child phonography on their album while calling everyone who is fine with the album pedophillia defenders

You gave examples of hypocrisy and pointed out how everyone in your examples is a hypocrite no matter what they do, but you never gave an argument for how it is not immoral to be a hypocrite.
