All it takes is a pair of chromosomes to determine male or female. X for female and Y for male. Simple.

However, they are born with a vagina, uterus, and fallopian tubes. The condition usually goes unnoticed until puberty when menstruation does not start.

Can find no references regarding "Sirius syndrome".

Just keeps throwing up Coffin-Siris syndrome.

Whereas "Swyer syndrome" (referred to by FLRW), cannot be "cured" as such, but sufferers nonetheless benefit from hormone and fertility therapies.

The Bible tells us Adam was created first. So the Y chromosome came first. Eve was part of Adam. The X chromosome in Eve came after Adam.
