Id say nihilism is basically life has no meaning, at least no objective meaning. Of course nihilism is often described as sad and such but thats more on the induvidual experience and not part of the underlying philosophy. Atheists and even nihilists will say we can give our lives subjective meaning of course. But if there's no objective meaning and we r just flesh robots who sometimes Hallucinate elaborate afterlife stories around death with ndes. And I assume atheists cant give objective meaning right? There might be truths to the meaning an atheist believes but theres no ultimate meaning
If thats true it seems like nihilism is the natural conclusion of atheism?
