Exorcism does not require any mental health training. It’s power comes from faith and God and is very effective.
Exorcists are taught to rule out mental health problems before exorcising
What if the demon has mental health issues. Does the demon get treated before it is exorcised?
Exorcism will help the demon possessed patient. But your condition will remain and will need to be treated.
