Math

Any area where geniuses are proving and solving theories that no one else could solve. It puts my place, cause I couldnt barely do anything nearly at all like that

Being a su[per nerd myself, I think it's a great question.

I'm most interested in the philosophical foundations of mathematics, which I suppose is more about mathematics, rather than an actual field/area of mathematics.

When it comes to an actual field/area of mathematics, for me it's Geometry, I've always found Geometry to be the most intuitively obvious field of mathematics, at least compared to the rest of mathematics, which I find very difficult.

I probably like the philosophy of mathematics because I don't like doing mathematics.

We do maths all the time without thinking, whereas some people find thinking about it difficult.

Function and interaction relies upon continuous calculations of space and time...How else would I ever pick up a mug.

Whereas I would struggle to work out and record the required trajectory.

Mine is Arithmetic as addition is the most practical type of math in the average person's life, emphasis on finances.

Your prompt is nowhere near as nerdy as @ebuc dude. He speaks in a syntax and formulas I don't understand sometimes.

Math is not good for communication. It is too abstract.
