I eat plenty of candy. My biggest issue with working out is lack of protein. I simply dont like any food which has protein. Beans? No thanks. Rice? I am not Chinese ><. Meat? No, I am a vegetarian. Milk? I forget to drink enough of it. Bread? Poor people's food.

I mostly eat candy and chocolate, and ketchup.

Because I eat plenty of sugar, it means I have high energy to do 10 sets of 20 repetitions, which is 200 repetitions.

My strategy is simple: Muscles need water, sugar, oxygen, and speed.

So I drink plenty of water before workout, eat sugar before workout, I breathe fast and deep before workout and during workout so muscles have oxygen, and I do repetitions fast so I can do more of them.

I also follow 2-1-1-3 week workout plan.

It means I workout for 2 days, then pause for 1 day, then workout for 1 day, then pause for 3 days. Similar works if you workout 4 days, and rest 3 days a week. I just workout 3 days, and rest for 4 days in total, but its not rest 4 days in a row.

I am very satisfied with the way I progressed.

Now I can do 20 repetitions of dumbbell with one hand, and about 40 to 50 when using both hands at same time.

I can also do more than 50 dips.

Push ups are still bad, but I was ignoring them a lot.

Looks like a pretty healthy physical routine. The diet is questionable.

The Rock's diet consists of 5-7 high-protein, high-calorie meals per day, featuring lean meats like chicken, fish (primarily cod), and steak, along with complex carbs like rice and sweet potatoes, and plenty of vegetables. He maintains a consistent, disciplined eating plan and has legendary "cheat meals" on Sundays, where he consumes large amounts of other foods. His daily diet also includes eggs and healthy fats from sources like fish oil and coconut oil.

Luckily, there is a substitute for protein intake. I am inferring your problem with protein is a lot of it belongs to savory foods, while you prefer sweet.

My suggestion is to buy whey protein (it comes in a variety of flavors, but I suggest chocolate. Since you love chocolate.), and blend it with peanut butter or chocolate ice cream. There's your protein.

There is another option for protein, especially during breakfasts. I suggest yogurt.

Plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt works fine here. You add 2-3 scoops of yogurt into a bowl, add some granola and sugar. (Chopped strawberries too, but this is optional.) If you don't have plain yogurt, then 2-3 sour cream works just fine too. (You won't be able to tell the difference. Sour cream works perfect as a replacement or alternative.)

I don't know how you feel about oatmeal. But if you boil and make some plain oatmeal. And add some butter and brown sugar, you are good to go. You can always add a minimal serving of peanut butter or chocolate almonds to dissolve into the oatmeal.

There are plenty of sources of protein.: French toast with powdered sugar, belgium waffles with syrup.

For bread, you can do cinnamon raisin toast. Peanut butter on toast. And you can always make hard boiled eggs for protein. (You are vegetarian, so you can eat eggs. But I am guessing you do not like savory foods, so feel free to skip that option.)

Whey protein is good. Personally, I would take anything to look good, because I know looks matter more than anything else in life. However, I dont want for my arms to be too big because that isnt considered attractive.

I am very close to achieving perfect look. My ideal look is arms with good defined muscles, but not too big or skinny. It needs to be something like Bruce Lee.

What to eat to increase bust size naturally?

There are many natural foods that can increase bust size. They are:

  1. Grapefruit: Contains a lot of vitamin C and antioxidants. In addition, grapefruit contains few calories, when consumed it can help lose weight but does not reduce breast fat. To increase bust size, women can drink grapefruit or apple juice with a little honey:
  2. Green papaya: Green papaya stewed with red beans or broad beans or ribs,... helps stimulate the development of mammary glands as well as breast fat tissue. Green papaya is also very good for breastfeeding women. There are many ways to prepare green papaya such as boiling, stewing, stir-frying,... with meat. Regularly eating green papaya helps increase bust size. However, pregnant women should not eat green papaya;
  3. Milk: Milk and dairy products contain pigments that play a role in stimulating sex hormones in women. Milk has a large amount of estrogen, so when drinking milk or eating yogurt, they help increase the size of the bust. In addition, the bust is made up of fatty tissue, so consuming whole milk products rich in fat can increase breast size;
  4. Fennel seeds: Since ancient times, doctors often used fennel and seeds to increase milk production in breastfeeding women. Fennel seeds are rich in phytoestrogens - a substance that helps improve breast size naturally;

Fennel seeds are one of the foods that help women increase their bust size naturally

  1. Avocado, oranges and grapes: These are fruits that contain a lot of fatty acids, helping to increase the elasticity of the bust. Vitamin A from the above fruits helps increase the amount of sex hormones in women, vitamin C helps prevent sagging breasts and vitamin E also increases bust size;
  2. Asparagus: Helps to enlarge breasts, aids digestion, prevents constipation, cares for mammary glands and nourishes the body;
  3. Walnuts, pine nuts, flax seeds: Are foods rich in vitamin E and linolenic acid - nutrients that prevent breast aging. At the same time, they contain vitamin B, which helps to enlarge breasts effectively;
  4. Beans: Green beans, red beans, black beans, ... are rich in nutrients such as lecithin and protein, ... help increase breast size. At the same time, if you combine cooking these beans with ham hocks and chicken wings, it will bring faster results;
  5. Soybeans: Contains many phytoestrogens hormones - responsible for the development of breast tissue. In addition, this type of bean also contains a lot of isoflavones, which have the ability to fight free radicals and cells that cause breast cancer. Therefore, women should drink soy milk regularly.

Do most men want lazy women with a gorge and starve mentality?

Just keep eating the eggs, dandelions and nuts.

That combined with candy, chocolate and ketchup is a perfect combination.

Perhaps it might be sensible to work the legs too...Moving is a good way to start.

Brush your teeth regularly...No one looks hot with black teeth.

Brush your teeth regularly

I dont brush teeth. toothbrush is how poor people clean their teeth, which is why poor people dont have teeth by age 40.

I have always used a toothbrush, and my teeth are fine.

So how do you keep your teeth healthy, as one might conclude from previous conversation that you are not rich.

Not that I don't take everything you say with a pinch of salt.

In fact, before toothpastes, salt was utilised as an oral cleanser, and rinsing with a saline solution is still recommended by dentists, especially after invasive dental work and for gum infections.

Eating hormone tablets might work.

Though Lucy the around 30 redundant guy who is not poor because he doesn't use a toothbrush, could just invest some of his allowance in breast augmentation surgery.

But I'm guessing that their benefactor/s (Mum and Dad), might not be too enamoured with the idea.

So how do you keep your teeth healthy

I already told you, I keep teeth healthy by not using toothbrush. Most people are dumb, so they just do as they are told and use a toothbrush. But I have a maximally great brain, and I dont use a toothbrush because toothbrush plays no role in keeping teeth healthy. toothbrush only damages protective layer of teeth, which is what causes teeth to break or have more cavities. If toothbrush worked, you wouldnt need a dentist. It is precisely because toothbrush doesnt work that you have to go to dentist.

Please dont give me any more advice. Low carb diets are retarded, and I dont need advice which is so dumb. If these are your advice, then people benefit any time you dont give them advice.

Okay, 4 days workout, then 3 days rest, seems to work perfectly. I just got to 30 repetitions with 10 KG dumbbell with one hand. Also, I can now do 60 dips. Its amazing how repetitions increased. I was stuck before, but now I am making progress.

Edit post

#27 β€’β€’β€’

Now I just need to work on push ups too. Push ups are my weakest area, I can do like 20 push ups now, its not much. I find push ups more difficult than any other exercise, maybe due to back problems and wrist problems.
