If we can’t commit to that then we just need to nip it in the butt now, but we set a bad precedent for third parties being willing to work with the town in future games

They don’t have a reason to work exclusively with town. If a TP gets outted, we are forced to lynch them period. I’m not taking a chance on someone’s goodwill. If they want to out themselves and help town, I will reconsider. But here:

1) He didn’t SOP claim

2) He shot just cause someone told him to

3) He shot to prove his “role”

4) He didn’t wait for a claim from Mharman

5) He’s blaming us for shooting a townie

6) You really think Mikal’s bullying tactics would work on WF

I don’t think enough people are going to commit to even letting me survive this DP, let alone get to MYLO/LYLO. It’s fine. For all that Pie lists all of his issues with my behavior, the fact of the matter is that my ability to win with either faction is always going to be a sticking point. Wouldn’t be my decision, but that’s me.

If you think this is me cozying up to town… wow, man. I accepted my fate before I claimed, let alone before I shot him. I’m not cozying up to anyone, just agreeing I’m screwed.

Just did a bit of skimming. It should go without saying that I am unequivocally in favor of lynching whiteflame today and VTNL would be a huge mistake. Here are the reasons:

1. WF already proved himself willing to sabotage town and play against town’s win condition.
2. We do not know if WF has a second shot. This means when he’s up for the gallows tomorrow he can shoot someone and take another townie out with him.
3. Math wise this would be too dangerous. We VTNL today and that gives him a second potential shot AND the cult team recruits a person. We vote him out tomorrow and the following NP the cult team gets a second recruit. Leaving him alive just wastes time and leaves open the possibility that we lose 3 additional townies not counting night kills.

I've already acceded that I will and should be the lynch, but just to be clear: I could have just shot randomly or killed someone who was virtually a confirmed townie. I was dead anyway and I know it by that point, not like it would have cost me anything. Instead, I chose the target Mikal picked out for me. Pretty weak way to sabotage town when I had all the choices.

Well that day vig was something. Pretty interesting for that to be a 3p.If I was on quicker I could've confirmed WF was telling the truth tbh because of my role PM. I feel like I should be locked when I claim because of this

I mean WF is essentially a lynch at this point. But it's a matter of if there's another viable candidate to the lynch rather than insta lynch WF. I'm leaning toward yay due to purely time constraints but I wouldn't mind just getting it over with

I think WF is probably the best option we have at this point. I am going to vote him off this DP surely due to his unknowns that he has at the moment. In a LYLO situation there is no incentive for him to work with us on the lynch so I feel we need to nip this now. I think we have enough player and mechanic information to be comfortable ending this DP

I am also looking at people who were very quick to jump to WF versus to not jump to him. Feel like scum would have more of an insentitive to get rid of him soon so I am kind of fos on Pie atm but nothing that is over the top

I was told, multiple times by several other people, that I would be the auto-lynch regardless of what I did the moment I claimed and said I was TP, and then one of those people who was widely townread told me who to shoot. Maybe you were willing to think differently if I'd taken all the steps to ensure that I didn't Vig a player who hadn't claimed, but your vote doesn't seem like it would have saved me from being lynched anyway.
