If you think I’m town behaviorally, great. But this is bad logic to clear me. Pie’s dead because his refusal to claim, and vagueness around softing indicated he was a PR.

Yeah I’m still just bad at reading Pie. Always paranoid about him. I don’t know why. I guess I just respect what he can pull off as scum and think he could be doing any master plan at any moment.

Something always happens to Pie. It's true in my fridge and it's true in mafia. The "no claims without a gun to my head" policy is kind of a pain in my ass, it makes my paranoia start snorting crack and making conspiracy boards on the wall, and for no reason in this case.

We should have all just character claimed DP1 since scum almost certainly can't figure out our roles from our characters -- if at least one of the two scummates chose to ask for a fake role claim instead of a fake character claim, we might have caught someone hesitating to mass claim and harvested some good behavioral data. Oh well.

Terrible news btw: my ads have started to think I'm into sports because I've been googling Chicago bears stuff.

Kohai's claiming Hated comes off a little townie to me. The role draws attention and, especially with Pie in this game, it's likely to be the auto-lynch in the absence of anyone better. Kohai hasn't been scum before so maybe he'd take this kind of risk, but I doubt it. From what I've gleaned of Matt Eberflus, bad calls and fan hatred are a thing.

I dislike both of these posts. They seem kinda forced reads that Mafia makes at the start of the game. I could see white flame trying to pull that off as a Town trying to generate discussion - especially early game - but I still do not like it.

As for Thoth... he is giving pro-Town strategies at the start of his first post. Something I like to do as scum. Plus, you can call me an idiot for this, but he comes across as too confident, unlike myself and Kohai who were clearly trying to figure stuff out (I could be getting snowed by Kohai here but just saying that is how I am reading it and I’m contrasting it with both white flame and Thoth’s posts).
