Probably the first time we got a Beloved Princess to work, I’ll take it. We need the 2 lynches in a row after that No Lynch yesterday. The fact that Mago escaped that lynch is mind boggling.

I was poisoned last night, and my Watcher ability was removed.

Very feasible and tbh it might be what happened but I am not sure. It could be the only way to go about this. I was originally thinking mafia can counter favor by removing favor but now I don't know. Either way now that opens the door.

Was thinking about this too. Luna confirmed publically that he had knowledge a Poisoner was in the game. We saw an NK happen. Doesn’t make sense to give scum Poisoner and NK. It makes sense for a TP Poisoner to exist especially considering 8-2-1 is more balanced.

Well, I got news for you all. I rolecop'd Mago last night. His consort role is odd night role, his noble consort is even night watcher, and his imperial consort is vengeful.

If Watcher was even night, I don't know why he was told it lost power.

At this point, I do believe Mago is town. The only reason I could see Shining confirming him as scum is to curry favor or to keep him in the game as a mislynch target in the event Shining himself gets lynched (whereupon his investigative results would become fruit of the poisoned tree and Mago would become a prime suspect). The second is a stretch and the first requires there to be no town cop in the game and for Shining to have received Rolecop as a fake claim, which is a possibility, but for now I'm willing to believe Shining.

As much as I think we should have lynched Mago DP1, I am coming around to him being town.

I tracked Mikal last night and saw him visit Wylted, so assuming I wasn't redirected, there is a possibility Mikal just used his High Adjudicator on Wylted to transfer favor, though I don't know why he would do that, and I don't think Wylted would be informed of who the favor was transferred to -- and Magoroth says he didn't receive any notification of a favor increase in any case.

Also, why didn’t you CC Mago? A Tracker and Watcher doesn’t make much sense.

I've played games where there was a Tracker and a Watcher, so it didn't seem like an impossibility to me. Also, the favor mechanic means that Rex can hand out a lot of goodies without the game becoming imbalanced -- a lot of these roles may never activate.

If Mikal did visit Wylted, and my tracking was not interfered with, then he could only have jailkept him or transferred favor, since his Rolestopper would have stopped anyone else from stealing favor from Wylted.

So assuming Wylted is telling the truth (I'm inclined to believe he is, considering my results), either Mikal jailkept Wylted and the stolen favor is down to scumfuckery, or Mikal did use his High Adjudicator on Wylted.

Which raises the question of why Mikal would choose to transfer favor from Wylted in particular and who he transferred it to, since Magoroth reports no favor change. Probably better for us not to know, in the case of the latter.

A Poisoner poisons someone in the night, and they die in the future unless saved by a Poison Doctor usually.

Mikal was a hybrid Beloved Princess. Normally if they’re lynched, there are 2 NPs in a row, but if they’re NKed, there are 2 DPs in a row. Here it’s just the 2 DPs

So, let me see if I've got the basics here, and please someone correct me if I've misunderstood or missed something important:

Magoroth claims to have been both Poisoned and Vanillaized (he says his ability "lost its power"), that he didn't and couldn't commit a night action, then asks Pie why he visited him last night, which suggests he has a role that can monitor visits. I can't really understand his thinking since he would have to be lying about being Vanillaized or about the lack of favor required to use his Watcher. Don't get either one.

Wylted's story fell apart over the course of the DP and he seems to have admitted as much. I guess this was a gambit aimed at exposing something in Magoroth's play, though his story didn't hold together very well, especially since he mentioned himself that taking or giving favor doesn't count as a visit, but that's precisely what he believed Magoroth had visited him to do.

Wryly claims she Tracked Mikal to Wylted, though it's unclear what Mikal did. If Wylted's right about what Vader told him (I haven't check in with him yet), then the High Adjudicator couldn't have been used since it wouldn't have been a visit.

Shining claims he Rolecopped Magoroth and that his roles match his claim.

Magoroth comes off as pretty townie after all this. He and Shining would have to have tied themselves together with this Rolecop claim and I don't see them being quite that obvious about that. Couple that with the Poisoning/Vanillaizing (seems over the top for providing himself with cover if that's what he's doing) and I just don't see him pulling all this as scum.

I'm townreading Shining a little as well. A town Rolecop is difficult to believe, but if he was scum, I don't think he'd give Magoroth an out with that result.

I don’t recall this game. Which one? Also, if Wylted is telling the truth, there has to be a Cop in the game as well. Bottomline, you, Wylted, Mago, and Shining are in a soft CC.

Honestly, Mago is acting like a schizo, so while policy lynching a huge mislynch target DP1 just for the information and removal of liability. I played with a lot of erratic people before. Its NAI, and I have a gut read on Mago.

Additionally, I do have something else to report, but will out it later.
