So, re: Shining
Wylted has claimed Miller and Shining is the only claimed Cop; no one has CC'd him. The only way I see Shining could therefore be lying is if the real Cop doesn't want to CC or both Wylted and Shining are scum, and I don't see that.
So I will Unvote Shining unless someone shows me a flaw in my reasoning here. The issue of our identical roles remains unresolved but I can't rationalize a VTL against him rn until I've figured more out.
