I appreciate the claim but unfortunately it doesn't move the needle for me on Banana, she's still null, considering scum were provided with fake claims and fake roles, although she has not divulged her roles yet.

At least she broke the pattern of everybody claiming their roles but not their characters.

Once a vote count happens (so I can assure I don't accidentally hammer considering there is a double voter in play apparently) I will probably start pushing this wagon towards thoth. We need something from him more than what we've gotten to indicate he is town. I am probably more amenable to a claim now from him.

Before I start going through my reads, I'll say up top that I'm willing to claim if push comes to shove. My role is confirmable.

Thoth - I feel like both DPs have just pinged me in different ways with him. I'm used to Thoth going pretty deep into TMI and expected more of that coming into this game, but DP1 seemed like a more scattershot approach to analysis. Couple that with a relatively low energy DP2 so far where he suggested lynching between Wryly and Shining and he ends up a scum lean.

Pie - I haven't been on the same page with many of his reads, though I ended up coming to a different conclusion about those than Luna, especially given he's continued to be adamant about Shining and Magoroth past the point where it was any kind of simple task to get them lynched. I'm balancing that against a surprisingly accepting response to Wylted's Miller claim and a relatively low amount of activity, which could be driven by him just being busy. I don't think he's done anything particularly scummy, he's just kind of off to me. Null.

Banana - Behaviorally, I'd say Banana is pretty consistent with what I've seen from her town meta with short but thoughtful responses and insights and a pretty solid readlist. That's still the case in this DP, though her contributions have been fewer and she hasn't VTL'd anyone yet. The character claim, even with an established amount of favor, doesn't change anything either since she hasn't done or suggested she's done anything confirmable despite apparently having the favor to do so. I want to townread her, but I'd say she's shifted null.

Wylted - Largely confirmed by Shining's claim. I still don't get the idea of the mechanic that a Miller would activate after he received enough favor, but he claimed that way before he should have known that there was a Cop in the game. Small chance he's on a team with Shining, but that's about the only case either of them are scum. Town.

Shining - The Rolecop result on Magoroth already made it very likely Shining was Town, and the un-CC'd Cop claim only helps his case more. Aside from the Wylted/Shining outside chance, he's Town.

Magoroth and Wryly - I'm putting these two together because the reasoning overlaps. The deactivated Tracker and Watcher function as confirmation that you both were linked to the Empress Dowager, who already flipped town. That would be one hell of a gambit to pull off and I just don't buy it. It helps that Magoroth got his roles confirmed by Shining. Town.

Luna - Largely townread him based on behavior. This is the kind of Luna scumhunting I haven't seen in a hot minute but recognize quite well. The push on Magoroth last DP made sense and pulling back from it, even while saying that the lynch would have been valid, also fits a pretty open Luna that I wouldn't expect if he was scum. Even without a claim, I'd label him a slight townread.

Awesome5000 - Just not enough material to say anything meaningful about him. I can confirm that I received favor, but that only role confirms him. He hasn't explained why he chose me or why he now regrets that decision. Null.

So, POE is Thoth, Pie, Banana and Awesome, with Luna as a more outside chance.

Much as I have decent reason to pursue Awesome, I can't say his absence is good enough to keep my vote on him. My vote would go on Thoth if I had to cast it now, but I want to sleep on this and make a decision tomorrow morning. I'll get to it well before we eke up on time/start prepping for a party we're having for the Super Bowl.

i dont wanna sound like im parroting a lot of the comments so far, but i understand why im in the poe, i just dont know what to really do about it, im am contributing as much as i am able to and try to post meaningful honest things when i post. my reads are mostly the same i would just say that maybe thoth has moved from a townread to a null read after this day phase. otherwise i agree with a lot of the poe.

Who we SHOULD be lynching? I don't have any strong choices, but gun to my head, Banana. I feel like she's contributed a lot of text with a relatively low contribution/number of words ratio. But I'd also say it makes sense for me to just vote awesome because that's much more likely to result in a lynch due to inactivity.

I do like Banana's reads in day 1 though
