Pie is also known for being a mafia ego maniac, thinks he is a god so this is also common knowledge lol. No offense pie, love ya buddy. Tbf he does have a pretty good win percentage and elo, not that that he isn't ever wrong.

I feel like town Pie would be trying to lynch me right now because in his mind it should be between me and Shining. Instead he seems to be looking for a way out of the carol.

The thing is, Pie plays aggressively as scum and gets away with it, last game when he was scum in Rex’s game he pushed me consistently and scumread me when nobody else was, and it just so happens this matches a scum motivation, and it doesn’t make sense as a town strategy to try to get a claim out of a player right out the gate. That and it happens to be a dick move, and I dont think Pie is a dick so I think he’s just scum

The difference here is he wasn't aggressively pushing anyone for made up behavior reasons this time, it was completely OGI with kohai, which is very consistent with him in either affiliation. But yeah I agree that pie would pursue whoever he wants as scum too. But that's also kind of the problem, he could have easily mislynched banana, we saw that in ruyi zhan, why does he kill her? Pie killing banana is baffling. And why would pie claim roleblocker as scum?! He can come up with better than that.

Also I have trouble ignoring the elephant in the room here with wryly and her caroler results.

I also received a message from Thoth saying that I got a slice of fruit pie, and that looking closer, there was a handwritten note that told me to get my actions in quicker next time.

Pie used ad populum against magic in the last game. Also just look at any endgame ever with pie where he feels indignant and self righteous about something. He has done this as town.

One last thing, I do find it odd that Pie isn't calling out my claim as scummy. Its like he doesn't want to call attention to the fact that his claim is also scummy.

I don’t think he needs behavioural reasons when he can just point to “hey Kohai isn’t claiming let’s Lynch him”, though. It’s an easy thing to push. It doesn’t even get him overly scumread just because everyone “agrees” Kohai should’ve claimed, it literally gets him off the hook Scott-free while he gets away with a Town mislynch.

And yeah, the Caroler situation is odd, I would like to hear more from Wryly even though I find it hard to believe Wryly would fake claim a carol, of all things, as scum, like I could see her claiming that if her scum buddy was gonna claim Caroler, but they haven’t? I guess it could happen if there was some serious miscommunication issues in scum chat

Ultra is like the only one who matches that desription, and I don't see why he gives the non regular player to scum, but its possible IG.

So yeah we basically just really need to hear from wryly right now. But I honestly don't know what she can say to make this situation better for herself. But I am in no rush.

Well we don't even know the theme split, but even under this logic, he's at best third party which wryly confirmed she couldn't get on her results if you don't think she is scum and lying.. I doubt a third party with 9 player assuming there is 2 scum, but if there is, balance is whackadoodle. Either way I'd prefer to hunt scum over a "maybe" third party anyways.
