I tracked shining. No visit. Was pretty sure I would get a result here but he is either not lying or they have some sort of ninja. If there is a ninja it is x shot, otherwise they would have just had the ninja carry the kill and I wouldn't have seen wylted. So this complicates things.

Something we need to note is that a Tracker/Cop/Doc is really OP for town and Mafia could just be fucked if town gets lucky.

We have no clue what the other scum is and and they had an everynight lawyer which imo is very strong. Vader had like a very low chance of ever getting a guilty.

I'm trying to think of any scenario, however convoluted, where scum!Lunatic would have had a reason to bus wylted yesterday instead of ending the game immediately by faking Tracker results on a townie. Nothing comes to mind, so, yes, this is between Shining and Magoroth. More likely Magoroth, but a Ninja or redirect is possible.

Not necessarily, depending on what other abilities they had, but Ninja tends to go with Strongman and I very much doubt they used that on night 1 after a claimed Doctor was lynched.

The thing tripping me up is that the lawyer was every night. The cop was every night. I am an every night tracker. So the possibility of a 1x ninja seems low to me, though still technically possible. If it was every night though wylted wouldn't have carried the night kill. So it is either a 1x they saved for some reason (on np1, which is the highest likelihood of them getting tracked) or the more probably answer which is they just don't have one. Which would heavily indicate that it is mago here. But I am trying to think of all options, because I have been townreading mago all game, and he was early on the wylted lynch both day phase 1 and 2. Plus wylted was trying to lynch mago last day phase, which was the phase they could have just won in.

I don't think so. A 1x vig in a 7 v 2 just means we get 2 mislynches, not 3 if the vig hits incorrectly.

There need not be a ninja. If you’re worried about Wylted showing up as visiting, there could be a redirector. There’s 0 reason for you to be redirected with a Cop in the game. So my guess is Shining redirected Vader N1 into himself, and theres no Ninja.

Lunatic absolutely would bus his teammate aggressively in some situations, but I can't imagine any reason why he would have bussed wylted last DP when all he would have had to do is secure one mislynch.

Literally no reason to bus there. I was widely town read. Also I was pursuing wylted from dp1 so if it was a bus I had to have planned that shit early, and there was no point without knowing the balance and with the strong players town had.

Lunatic is town-confirmed by getting wylted lynched when a mislynch would have won him the game immediately if he were scum. I am town-confirmed by the lack of counter-claim to my Vigilante kill. That leaves Magoroth or Shining, and I don't have enough mechanical information to choose one or the other. Gun to my head, it's Magoroth, but I think we need to be re-reading past day phases and nothing else is going to move this discussion forward.
