I’m going to do a deeper dive into their ISO when I’m more awake. The thing that jumped out at me is that he was a late comer onto the Thoth wagon. The Thoth wagon already has quite a bit of steam and others were already sussing Alyssa.

My role is called 'villainous nature'. It randomizes the results of every investigative role which targets me, basically giving them results as if they were insane.

The justification is that my character thrives in chaos.

The thing giving me pause about Rex is Thoth repeatedly putting him in his list of 3 folks

I started with a list of three people and was told that one of them is Jinwoo: Helz, Alyssa, and Rex. Justification is that I'm close to Jinwoo. That's why I thought Alyssa being Jinwoo would explain a lot, because I figured that Jinwoo might have information that pointed to me being innocent.

Also just asked Mikal because I vaguely recalled recruiting messing with guild night actions. If guilds recruit, everyone in the guild waves their night actions. Assuming the guilds recruited (which why wouldn't they last night), targeting REF wouldn't do anything even if he could've benefitted from it.

We should think about Mestari being silenced. Iirc he was the player to directly out and challenge Kohai's bullshit claim that he drove the Thoth wagon and he also townread me yesterday. Scum couldn't have predicted the Banana shitstorm. I think they were probably planning on pushing me or Shining today cause they knew Helz would flip town.

ill start with the main topic of discussion which is thoth. i dont like his posts. i kind of get why people are scum reading his thing about mestari being a fear kill, but i also want to believe that he just had a brain fart or something like he said. that is understandable from a town perspective. most of my hesitation on thoth comes from his response to the pressure hes getting. like him being dodgy about his claim for a while doesn't seem like something he would do as town, ive played a few games with him but not a lot. he also was just missing for a lot of last night, and then when he got on to respond to stuff said he was about to go to bed. so if he wasn't on before what was he doing?? lurking? trying to come up with a claim or sumthin? i dont really like that he was making going to sleep an excuse when he should have been on before that if he was technically already awake. but thats kind of making assumptions about his personal life, maybe he was busy or something idk.

This is the behavior part of Shining I can’t really explain. Role and justification wise he’s horrible, 100%. But Mikal also gave Helz basically false information in his PM too.

Theres also the coincidence of him claiming Lightning Rod when I gave him that role in Heroes of Olympus Mafia.

I think regardless, the order doesn’t really matter here. I can see good things about Banana too but the “buts” also give me some pause because it reads like she’s playing both sides.

I think this argument is relatively null to begin with. Claiming credit for it is relatively scummy to begin with so I don’t see her doing that anyways + as others mentioned Helz would’ve been a prime mislynch in the future anyways

I'm here. I have some explaining to do. I was never silenced. I pretended to be because, well life's been a lot of tedious work lately and I've been having a hard time feeling engaged with the game while dealing with a constant series of problems I did not cause in a state I no longer live in. I wanted a break from the game but I didn't want to replace out yet, I just needed a few days. I figured the inconvenience of communicating in morse code would give me a reason to take the DP off. Being born when I was born, I overlooked the ability for people to use AI to translate what I was doing manually. I ended up memorizing the vtl form of morse code and actually started laughing out loud as I typed a wall of nonsense that meant something. That is to say, I actually had fun this DP. I planned to end the bit yesterday, but life got in the way again.

I also had the thought to use the bit for analysis, but I haven't gotten to that yet. If you want to look into it, I think the starting point is the understanding that mafia had to be 99% certain I wasn't silenced.

I am currently off work tonight, but I may get called in. Whatever happens, for as long as I'm free I'm here to contribute.

There are two very important things to clarify, in my opinion:

First, Wyrly (#98), were you explicitly told that you are an alignment cop. Is it possible that your role is actually a flavor cop that determines if a player's character has monster mana? The difference is very important.

Second, why are we assuming the injury came from town? Behaviorally, I really think Banana is town. I could be dead to wrong, but I don't feel good lynching her on the assumption that town caused the injury and therefore the mafia nk was blocked.

I'm asking Mikal how the actions resolve, but my assumption is that the doctor only protects from factional night kills and not delayed kills. That is to say, I believe that if the doctor protects the target of a poisoner or injurer the night they are targeted, they do not prevent the poison or injury. With the doctor and healer being the same person, they are constantly put in a state of having to choose to save the known victim of doctor someone else.

It came my my guild, and I have no reason to believe that person is scum. I was the one that made the executive decision to choose Casey because she was not active for 2 DPs in a row.

I can either choose to see how may actions are taken in a night or how many people didn't move that night. Both are 1x. I have to be in a guild to use them, so I haven't. I don't target players, so it was explained to me that intent to act is what I count. Failed actions and actions prevented by kills still to towards the count. Because I don't target, an ascetic with a visiting role would add to the count. This is where I gathered Mikal didn't think how my role would interact with an ascetic, at least one week
