Luna's ability allows him to see if his target visits someone or not, that's it. Your ability lets you see if someone attempts to visit someone? So if they were roleblocked, for instance, Lunatic would see nothing, but you would see they attempted to use an action? But then how is this different from Helz, who can also detect success/fail?
It's a moot point anyway since Vader is almost definitely not going to protect me tonight, but basically, there's a distinction between night actions that involve movement and night actions where the user doesn't move. What exactly determines which category a night action falls into is something that Mikal wouldn't elaborate on, but it's there. Luna's ability could see whether or not someone moved. My ability can see whether or not someone attempted to use any kind of action. And Helz's ability could see whether or not someone attempted to use any kind of action and whether or not they were actually successful.
To be clear, I think that including three nearly identical roles like that is terrible game design bordering on bastard, and I don't blame you for being sus of me. And it's all kind of a moot point anyway because I'm already dead regardless, but if you want the explanation, there it is.
Alright, so you're a movement investigative role that isn't a Follower, Watcher or Voyeur. Does your role only work if you are targeted? One VTL for yes, two for no.

Why do you think there was no NK tonight?
Now, this is an interesting question. My initial assumption was that I was injured by town, and my working theory was that they thought I would likely be absent this DP as well, with their goal being to cause confusion among the town over the lack of a night kill and hopefully get them to lynch me for inactivity, ultimately confusing the town and making them waste time and waste a lynch.
That's still possible, but I'm inclined to believe Magicman when he says that my injury came from the town. It would make sense of why there are two different delayed kill mechanics in this game that are exactly the same in everything except name. And in a game this big, it would hardly be surprising for there to be a town killing role.
But that does make the lack of an NK puzzling. It could be a WIFOM thing - as the Doctor, do you protect the obvious NK target or someone else because the Mafia will know the obvious target will likely be protected? That sort of WIFOM reasoning also applies in reverse to the Mafia. Maybe they gambled and lost.
I can think of one more explanation for the lack of an NK, but it's the sort of speculation that might be anti-town to say publicly.
