The only role I can see that does at the end of a day phase is blackmailer victims. Could be that scum jail keeper role but I’m 90% sure the jail keeper is town based on the OP and pies will. And a third party jailkeeper with a town jailkeeper seems a bit wild though theoretically possible.

This wagon gets pressure off of other suspects who are all pretty indictated as scum for various reasons including being on scummy wagons last day phase. If you are scum and any of these are your partners you wanting to direct a lynch elsewhere makes sense.

He could have said I'm dying or will die
He specifically chose mod kill and adjusted it only after the mod confirmed that no one is being mod killed
The thing is if he is tyga or whoever yanks accounts. He can say whatever he wants because if he makes it through the dp. He will have the account the following dp and we wont know who to target.
