Lynched DP1:

Magoroth - You are Calcium. In the periodic table, you are an alkaline earth metal with the electron configuration [Ar] 4s². This makes you highly willing to lose two electrons and form Ca²⁺, a stable ionic state that readily integrates into larger structures. But your true importance is not in your reactivity—it is in what your ions do once incorporated into systems. In biological and chemical contexts, you are a structural ion. You form the backbone of stability in compounds like calcium phosphate in bones and teeth, where you contribute to rigid crystalline lattices that resist deformation. You also play a critical role in cellular signaling, where carefully regulated Ca²⁺ gradients control muscle contraction and neurotransmitter release. In every case, your presence determines whether systems hold their shape or lose integrity. Therefore, you are the Strengthener. Each night, you may select a player. That player’s action will not be susceptible to any interference. You win with the Town.

Died NP1:

Kohai - You are Helium. In real chemistry, you are a noble gas with a completely filled 1s² electron shell. This full valence shell makes you exceptionally stable, meaning you have no tendency to gain, lose, or share electrons. You do not form bonds under normal conditions because there is no energetic incentive for you to change your state. You are chemically “complete,” existing in a low-energy configuration that resists interaction. You are also extremely light, non-toxic, and non-reactive, which makes you physically safe and easily detectable. Because of your simplicity—just two protons, two electrons, and usually a few neutrons—you are one of the most fundamentally “pure” elements in the universe. Not to mention you help fill balloons, which kids love. There is no ambiguity in your structure or behavior; your identity is consistent and easily verified. Thus, you are the Activated Innocent Child. At any point in any day phase, I will publically announce you as innocent and a member of town. You win with the Town.

—————————

Mod-Killed DP2:

Lunatic - You are Krypton. The name “krypton” comes from the Greek word kryptos(κρυπτός), meaning “hidden” or “concealed.” That meaning is not symbolic—it is embedded in how you exist in nature and how you were historically perceived. In the periodic table, you sit in Group 18 with a closed-shell configuration [Ar] 3d¹⁰ 4s² 4p⁶. That full valence shell makes you chemically inert under most conditions—your ionization energies are high, your electron affinity is effectively negligible, and your participation in bonding is extremely limited. You are colorless, odorless, and chemically nonreactive under standard conditions. You remain undetected unless specific tools—like spectroscopy or high-energy excitation—are used to reveal you. Even your discovery came late in chemical history because you resisted easy detection in air separation. Due to this, you are the Compulsive Hider. Each night, you must choose a target. You will hide behind that player. If that player were to die, you will die as well. You win with the Town.

Died NP2:

Banana - You are Carbon. You are tetravalent, meaning you have four valence electrons available for covalent bonding. This lets you form up to four stable connections at once, placing you at the center of molecular frameworks. In organic chemistry, this makes you the backbone of complexity—able to link atoms into chains, branches, and rings rather than remaining isolated or linear. You don’t just participate in molecules; you determine how they are built. You also exhibit catenation, the rare ability to bond with yourself repeatedly to form long carbon chains and complex networks. This is what allows hydrocarbons, polymers, and biological macromolecules like DNA and proteins to exist. You are not a passive element—you are the scaffold on which life is constructed. Thus, you are the Architect. Each night, prior to the end of the NP, you may choose two players. Those two players will be able to chat privately with each other during the following DP (and only during this DP). You may not select yourself. You win with the Town.

—————————

Lynched DP3:

Casey - You are Magnesium. You support inhibitory signaling in the brain, especially through modulation of GABAergic signaling and regulation of NMDA (glutamate) receptor activity. By reducing neuronal excitability and stabilizing excitation–inhibition balance, you can lower physiological arousal during sleep onset and throughout sleep cycles. That can make sleep architecture more consolidated, meaning fewer fragmented awakenings and potentially more stable REM periods. If prior sleep was stressed, fragmented, or short, improving your status may indirectly allow a “REM rebound” effect. REM rebound is a well-known sleep phenomenon where the brain increases REM intensity or duration after a period of REM suppression During REM rebound, people often report more vivid, emotional, or unusual dream. For this reason, you are the 1x Dreamer. One night, if you are not visited by a player, you will receive a list of three names. At least one of those will be scum. You win with the Town.

Died NP3:

REF - You are Technetium. You have a metastable isotope designed for one purpose: to briefly enter a living system, reveal what is happening inside it, and then safely fade away. You are used in nuclear medicine as a radioactive tracer, meaning you help doctors see how different parts of the body are functioning in real time. When a nuclear medicine scan is needed, you are administered to a patient—usually by injection—so you can travel through the bloodstream and accumulate in specific organs or tissues depending on your chemical form. From there, you emit gamma radiation that can be detected by imaging equipment, allowing clinicians to map physiological activity rather than just structure. You do not stay long enough to disrupt the system you are observing; instead, you act like a temporary signal embedded in the body’s normal function, making invisible processes visible. Because of this, you are the Tracker. Each night, you may select a player. You will learn who they visited. You win with the Town.

ISO #3 •••

Well, this has been a disaster so far, but I think we have a good chance of taking it back.

I know this won’t help the perception of my claim as a stall tactic, but, after learning my role, I still think it's best that I don't claim. I'd like to put that up for a vote if I'm going to be a lynch consideration today.

Edit post

Forum signatures are bullshit. Nobody wants to waste their time and bandwidth reading something they have read 29,998,559,671,349 times before.

ISO #4 •••

I'm going to feel like a retard and a half if I turn out to be wrong about Helz, but at this point I feel like I need someone to trust.

ISO #5 •••

Much as I get the decision to lynch Casey, it's pretty predictable that this leaves us with a heads up decision between Bullish and Mikal. At least from where I'm sitting, it's a 50-50 shot either way, with two scum likely in the Helz, Mag1c, Shining and Thoth pool. I'm going to need to revisit my reads and consider that pool more thoroughly since we're almost certainly at LYLO now.

So, here's what I'd like to see from everyone:

Thoth, it's DP4. I see that you posted you know your role and now you're saying that you shouldn't claim. It's LYLO. There had better be a very good reason for you to continue delaying claiming, otherwise this is going to get frustrating very quickly.

Bullish, you need to give up both your targets for NP2 and NP3 as well as your results. Holding back on the former last DP was some BS and that needs to end now.

Helz, I'll definitely need to hear who you chose for your target NP3. I think it's worth running back your choices of targets for the second NP as well, I need to revisit your thinking on that choice.

Mikal, run down who you targeted last night and why, assuming you targeted anyone. I think you said you didn't use your role to have someone target Casey NP2, so did you not use your role at all that night?

Shining, full claim. You were almost entirely absent last DP and hopped on relatively late to join the Casey lynch without any reads on anyone else. Give us something, anything, to read you.

Mag1cman, full claim. You posted prolifically in DP3, but no one, myself included, seemed interested in seeking your claim. That ends today.

You need to give us something, dude. Just giving a "it's best that I don't claim" tells us absolutely nothing. You know what your role is. Has it been in play on previous nights? It is active or passive? Something, anything.

Edit post

ISO #7 •••

It is passive, it has not been triggered yet, and it will not be triggered until something specific happens.

So it's been completely inactive all previous nights? Could it have been activated previously?

Edit post

ISO #10 •••

Night action failed last night; I tried to save Rex by making him suffer for another DP. I’m Hydrogen, the Doctor.

The tldr justification is that hydrogen is simple and therefore allows complexity to emerge from its simplicity as bonds with just about everything else, therefore being the element Pie chose to credit with being necessary for life.

Edit post

I still don’t know what to type!

ISO #11 •••

NP1 target was Bullish

NP2 I went for Helz

NP3 I went for Rex

You are going to claim. I don’t care about your reasoning for not claiming. We are at LYLO. Forget about the usefulness of your role, this is about finding scum.

I should’ve been more confident in my read on him and voted there last DP. Mb Rex.

NP3 I went for Rex

So... a few thoughts.

First, this will require us to take a closer look at Helz. I was not the only one who was reading him as town in part because he was the only claimed protective role. Now we have another.

Second, you're going to need to be clear about your reason for choosing those 3 targets. Wanting to make Rex suffer through another DP isn't really enough from where I'm sitting, dude was Vanillaized and he wasn't the only widely townread player in the game.

Third, I'm a little wary of that justification. Lots of elements bond with other elements. Hell, arguably the king of bonding other elements is Carbon, which was Banana's character, since it can form four separate bonds to Hydrogen's only one. It's obviously essential for life, but it's hardly alone in that as well.

For obvious reasons. This has been a disaster and if we went in the order I said two days ago. This would have been easier.

Last night I waived. Was not sure how it was helpful to move

Night more I moved wf to bullish. If he was telling the truth would not move him and on the off chance I was wrong. Figure he would carry the nk and was hoping in that case scum would hit scum.

I'm buying this justification. It's reachy but not too reachy, which fits with the others that have flipped so far.

I think I nailed the poe days ago.

Shining

Thoth

Bullish

Magic

3/4 there

Its obviously bullish and have been screaming at this for days and the fact I'm now having to justify myself when I was wanting the 1v1 with him for days cus I knew he was scum is silly

Hold on. Are you saying that, in a DP where you were actively townreading me behaviorally, your choice was to redirect me to Bullish in the hopes that I might kill him? WTF is even with that logic, man? Are you saying you were lying about your townread up to that point or are you still scumreading me?

Edit post

ISO #25 •••

A vague set of words when they can ask questions about the game is not some win

Casey was the correct lynch two days ago so we could have solved this yesterday. Bullish has been behaviorally shit and the fact his lynch has been redirected 2 times is staggering. Granted Connor caused the first one by yeeting himself.

This is so frustrating, dude. The reason why Helz got a mechanical townread from several of us was because he was the sole claimed protective role. I'm not arguing that it's impossible to have multiple protective roles. I'm saying that it matters that there are two because it's not a given that the one claimed protective role is here for balance.

Did not know what thoth was

Moving rex hurt us

Moving helz hurt us

I hinted I was going to casey to see what they would claim to see if I could bait a result from her

2 options

One - waive

Two - move a vanilla ad a safety play

Townreading you doesn't mean im still not going tk be cautious. It confirms you are not doing a kill and doesn't mess with actions

I'm going to take a break from analyzing this because I'd rather not surmise what your role is if we're not seeking a full claim yet. Suffice it to say that you'll almost certainly be pushed to claim during this DP.

Well, what did you want me to say? "I'm a protective guys, so don't townread Helz too quick!" Yeah what a great plan.

Yes it's true that two protectives aren't guaranteed. But he worked well with a DP1 theory I had, and had dropped out of my focus (what little there was) for the most part after that.
