I'll do what I can to interact today, but I spent much of the night up with my dog trying to help him through a bout of stomach problems, so if my thoughts don't make sense or I conk out for a bit, you'll know why.

Also - if we lynch correctly, and if you die tonight, it’s possible that you could be tailored. Scum can take critical info from your PM. For me, my plan is simple. I’m straight up going to wait till the last second to submit my action and also full claim in the Mason chat to Helz. That way, even if I die, Helz can relay the information to the thread and town can make a holistic decision.

Considering the 'town' in this context are the town players I'm trying to convince not to lynch me, not really. I'm not Kohai, I don't need to expended mental energy convincing myself that I'm town. How would I be included in the 'they' of players I'm trying to convince to whom all my posts have been addressed? I'm not schizophrenic.

I also do view myself and Wryly as alienated and distinct from the rest of town this game. I feel like we've both been trying to engage and hunt scum while most of them have been huddled in their PM doing God knows what while we mislynch and no lynch our way to MYLO. Constantly trying to build a counterwagon and interrogate people last DP only to be told to shut up and lynch Wylted, who turned out to be town, has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Yeah, The chat is labeled as a mason chat but is more of a neighborhood imo. Probably my very first question upon entering it was if the people in it felt the chat was pure. The dynamic of the lack of kill with a protect claim is a massive indicator imo that takes 2 people off the table for the day entirely and I am not very interested in sorting Pie today.

But our strongest mechanical position is if we consider I am confirmed town and WF stopped the kill then Mikal was targeted for the kill we have a pretty tight PoE. There is a singular issue I have about Mikal I am not sure if it was voiced here but I am also not interested in chasing that today.

Im most interested in the hard 1v1 between Meow and Rex or just resolving Ultra.

Ultra is a fucking problem. I see no possible way anyone could read them and I do not see them co-operating to allow that to happen. At some point we roll the dice with them one way or the other which is some bullshit but short of another Lie Detector move and believing Meow we are not left with much.

Wryly I am not opposed to not claiming today unless we hardline decide to go for them. If we are looking at other slots it does not make sense to force reveal that information 'yet' and could result in a second blocked kill. Obviously WF will be targeted tonight so having a slot that can potentially do things puts the Mafia in a worse place (unless Wryly is themselves mafia)

I do find Rex's "Canadians do not deserve to live" comment a bit out of place. Its kinda a strong opinion about a group not many people give the slightest fuck about. I can not remember the last time someone voiced strong like or dislike for that group.

For Meow I would ask specifically why did you target the people you targeted? I figured I would have made an excellent target before I revealed and Ultra was a hot topic to be sorted as well. Can you unpack your thinking for me?

I really do not want to resolve Ultra. Im just frustrated that we at some point are going to bet the entire game on a coin toss which is bullshit. Its just a question of when and if we are going to pick heads or tails which really fucking sucks.

@helz we always resolve me vs rex today. We do not shoot outside, especially at ultra. That would be silly. You would need to literally railroad the entire game to get that anyway.

I'm not saying it's impossible but you'd need to convince a few wolves to actually do it. They want to resolve this first anyway. Why do you think they have been bussing here?

It's almost like Ultra's role claim was a much better LD target than confirming a townread's character claim. Weird. What a missed opportunity for a purported LD. Its almost like said LD, who also derailed the lynch of said coinflip inactive after he botched his vanilla claim, would indict his scummate if he claimed to have cleared him and then flipped scum.

Another problem we have is that we specifically need mafia kills to survive so long as 1 is not a lie.

If we hit a neutral today and don’t block the kill we just loose tomorrow.

That and we do not know if the Neutral can town side. I’m a little surprised that the Mafia has not just open wolfed and attempted to pair the game today but they have the same problem in such a gamble followed by the problem of if a neutral would reveal.

I had intended to fake claim 3p and follow up with the host confirm but the reveal happened first thing. That and I wanted to hide the Bullet proof bit so functionally these were intentional nerfs to my role.

Mechanically Wryly has the most likely to be 3p role but I am fine with it. If there is any potential to keep WF alive it’s them or pie and a second kill block would be huge for us.

The problem is I wasn't interested in that at the time. You can follow my thinking throughout that day and conclude why I landed where I did.

I put a large focus on the slots revolving around ultra as opposed to ultra himself for because he isn't even in the game. There are also clear indicators of scum being apart of his and Hokai's wagon on D1 moving independently.
