Just a heads up with the expected start time, I will be going into working an evening shift right before the game starts and I will be putting everything I own into storage Sunday. I may not be particularly active the first IRL day or two of the game, but should be able to participate more fully after.

I would expect an unknown amount of time delay. Looking forward to playing with you guys if it happens but as timelines shift things are what they are. Better to have a delayed game thats run well than one that forced and has issues just to stick to a timeline imo.

Currently working on the wording of the scum and third party rolecards. But as a general gist, the roles are as follows -
Godfather - Has the final say on the Mafia’s night actions. Is NOT immune to detection. Inherits the killing abilities of one of the scum when they’re the last Mafia alive, along with one charge.
Kidnapper - Picks a target during the day to jail, jailed person is night immune, has anon night chat with the Kidnapper. Removed from all other night chats and is roleblocked. Can optionally execute captive once per game.
Blackmailer - Blackmails a person into executing a demand on the pain of death the following day. Ability is disabled after it has successfully killed someone. Some restrictions on what can be demanded.
Disguiser - Kills someone and disguises themselves as them. Swaps accounts with the player and their own account flips, with the role of the target. One charge.
Roleblocker - The usual but has only two charges, and cannot be roleblocked. Gives feedback to the roleblocked player.
Janitor - One charge. Works on lynches and night kills.
I was going to add a Ventriloquist role, that would be able to temporarily speak from another player’s account for one day. But it is… underwhelming. Either too strong because they can also vote with that account (effectively killing TWO town for one day), or a more complex Silencer since people can tell who is Ventriloquisted because the vented player cannot vote.
Traitor - Lost wolf, knows identity of one scum, scum doesnt know their identity, can read a player’s last will and modify it twice per game (more on last wills later).
Third Party -
Gunsmith - Makes a one use gun, must give it to another player. Wins on odd nights with Mafia, even nights with Town.
Associate - Picks a target during N0. Gains permanent anonynmous night chat with the target. Can protect target from lynch and nightkills once per game. Wincon is for the target to survive to the end. If the target dies, becomes a Jester.
Executioner - Pretty self explanatory really. If target dies, becomes a Jester. Target is guaranteed not to be a Regent.
Tormentor - …. A rather complicated serial killer whose ability mirrors that of the kidnapper. Gets a random target on N0. Wincon is for nobody other than themselves and their target to be alive.
Ghost - A role that cannot win whilst alive. Must die first. Afterwards, the faction that killed them (for lynch purposes defined as the faction of the hammer voter) must lose. Gains the ability to take control of a player’s account after death, for one day. Can post and vote from that account but otherwise knows nothing about the target, e.g. role, feedback or night actions.
