He has used executive powers successfully.
He is cognizant of the faxt he is Chief Executive, Commander in Chief and in his own mind he is unifying US. I get that there are arguments against him unifying US. However, in his mind that is his aim. He was tested fir Alzheimers during his 1st Term I think. He has no evidence of cognitive decline severe enough to prove he is unfit for presidency.
