...jump up and down like a 5-year-old in premature efactulation mode.

...sing off key to attempted new lyrics of a song no one else remembers, but expects a crowd sing-along.

...clap their hands without rhythm.

...generally attempt all three simultaneously when they notice a media cam with the red light on...evoking that 5-year-old, but even real 5-year-olds shake their heads and walk away unimpressed, mumbling "whatanasshole."

The US is a definitively secular nation, founded on complete separation of the State and religion. The Left Wing of US realise this but don't realise that pure freedom requires as low tax and free access to guns as possible. The Right Wing of US don't realise that secular pure freedom means the LGBTQ+ and abortion agendas both end up in line with US's liberty-first ethos.

It is left-wing to be pro-life. You are backing poor babies being born at the inconvenience of the already-born. Go figure.

I think, as a man, there is very little for either side to appreciate about Trump.

the difference is he has actively been hostile and severe to the Left consistently so obviously they resent him more.

I think elites are at play.

However, ignoring that, the Right did a lot of damage to themselves with Trump.

They could have voted ANY other candidate in Primaries and he/she would have had stronger family values, cleaner past, superior conduct etc than Trump. They went out of their way 3 elections in a row to get the absolute worst candidate possible other than maybe Jeb Bush, to win.

Some of it was racism motivated, however to say Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz are not white Americans just for being of Hispanic descent is ridiculous.

The entire thing reeks of corruption. Trump is barely a Christian. 3rd Marriage, admitted to molesting multiple women and never said sorry for it, paid 88 million USD on a rape case to shut her up (airtight case that is why he forked it up)... Epstein Island visitor...

He is also now actually mimicking Hitler at times. He mimicked the tariffs and the invasion of other nations. His 1st term we can argue he was not neonazi... Now it is becoming much harder to.

He has itnroduced laws and acted i whas that imply authoritarianism not libertarianism. To immigrate to US now requires you to have (yes you need to have) active social media accounts, fully piblic for.them to back-check.

You.need 5 years of handles even sites like this and 10 years of emails. I think 5 years of numbers too.

If you lack sufficient social.media you get autorejected because they cabnot secure that you are not anti US and anti Trump.

I would get rejected. I have anti Trump views. I also am.u usual as I am a genuine abalyst of pilitics who will.shift vote/allegiance when I see it as optimal.for the nation. I could vote the same party 5x in a row but that reasoning would be fresh every time I vote.

Fortunately, I do not intend to end up in US of America. They can have their fascistic policy.

There is no viable "Right" in America anymore. It's mainly repackaged 90's Democrats and whatever the fuck you wanna call the people living in Blue States. I don't know a word that describes left of radical left. Blue Staters function less like a political movement and more like a managerial-ideological class. They blend identity moralism with institutional power. They don’t want to overthrow systems the way a 90s Democrat would have; they want to collectively own, administer, and moralize them. Control matters more than reform, and alignment matters more than outcomes. It's the only way to rationalize the objectively insane positions they hold as sacred dogma.

The midterm elections will change all that as Democrats see more victories because of their policy instead of losing to Trump a cult figure.

What policy? Seems they're only viable "policy" of late is defeating Trump. I saw nothing of value out of Oba'a, Biden, and certainly less than nothing from Harris by way of doable "policy." Hate is not a policy, it's a useless emotion. And policies such as Mamdani's NYC "policies" are just socialist bunk that will further drive the NYCers who pay the most taxes out of NYC. What, then?

Available data suggests the Democratic Party will win 10 seats and gain control of the House of Representatives in the midterms.

Edit post

#17 •••
@Debby

Yeah, available data from media-sponsored polls. I'm not surprised that's their conclusion, but I have significant data that suggests their "data" is jaded by inaccurate, engineered questions, which kills statistical reliability. I am a professional on statistical sampling and interpretation of data. Theirs is highly questionable.

But are all Republicans happy about everything?

Presumably that will be the key to Trumps political future.

Democratic policy might be irrelevant, if enough people are disillusioned and a choice between devils becomes a no brainer.

All you need is a picture of a deranged Trump and a slogan that says for Fucks sake vote Democrat.

What do I care about Repubs? I am not one, contrary to belief, here.

And who ever said I am a Trump, right or wrong fan? Yeah, I voted for the guy --- as a vote solidly against Kamiecakes. but I don't like everything Trump does, and I said both before. Some need a few reminders. What do you guys want; I'm conservative; says so on my profile.

By voting for Trump you share the guilt of Trump’s illegal actions.

Edit post

#22 •••
@Debby

Wrong. We are each liable for own own actions, and no one else's, and no one is liable for ours. Trump is on his own for self-justification, as the rest of us. By the way, that is also in denial of "due process," but that's another discussion. It's the lesson of the atonement. We do not suffer from original sin. That belongs to Adam and Eve, alone, and the atonement delivered that from them conditional on their repentance, which, if one analyzes the root of that word [etymology] one finds that to repent is not to be on a turnstile, but on a road of changing the heart so one is not compelled to sin and sin, repetitively, turnstile-wise. The turnstile was the invention of man, not God. I say invention and not creation because creation is organization out of chaos, not just new chaos. Words mean things, even invention and creation. One is corruptible; the other is not, but we confuse the two, being mortal and corruptible, ourselves.

Okay so for whatever reason, you weren't impressed by a woman of colour.

Well, nor was I particularly, simply because she came across in debates just slightly less ineptly than her rival did...Nonetheless she was undoubtedly the lesser of two evils.

But that's the problem with the US two party system, you stick your mark in one of two boxes or effectively don't bother.

So you had three choices, and you chose your traditionally "conservative" option...Therefore you got what you wanted.

What did I say that said anything about skin color? That, my friend, is a complete misalignment off my politics and ethics.

I couldn't care less about skin color. Sin ce the Human Genome project proved by the entire mapping if the human. genome over a 13-year study that there is not genetic basis for race, and that, therefore, there is not race, it is merely variation that occurs in our individual genomes, When is that going to sink in to anyone's head who does not know, but has now heard the news:

RACE DOES NOT EXIST

I opposed Kamala Harris because I grew up in CA, spent my first 19 years there, left, and returned when I was 21, and lived there, both in LA and SF, until I was 42, and became very, very familiar with thr failures of Kamala Harris as a DA and as state AG. Worthless. Less than. So, what does it take to understand however I could have agreed she's make a good president. Get it, yet?

You voted for a convicted felon convicted of 34 felony charges. Look what is Trump doing to America.

Edit post

#27 •••

That conviction, my friend, is on appeal, which is why punishment has not been issued on that conviction. If the appeal is successful, and that is a better than 50/50 chance, given the comportment of a number of people in the prosecution and judgement of that trial, the conviction is overturned. All 34 felony charges. Just one issue to consider: in none of the 34 charges did the prosecutor define the specific details that are required to try a defendant on the primary NY statute that converts the charges from misdemeanors to felonies. Big miss that the judge, in his personal bias, seems to have ignored. Oops. I am looking at what Trump is doing to America. As it affects me, personally, I'm doing far better than I ever did under Oba'a/Biden. Meanwhile, I'm watching what sanctuary cities and states are doing to America. Lawlessness does no one any favors, including themselves, as some are beginning to understand. To Waltz and Frey, understanding is still beyond them. What else is new? Federal law is not dismissible.

Between 1970 and 2016 Trump was involved in over 4,095 lawsuits. He filed around 2,200 of them and the rest were filed against him. Trump has spent over 100 million on lawyers and other costs related to fending off various investigations, indictments and his coming criminal trials.
