Airport Security: the Constitution grants you the inalienable right to joke about bringing a bomb on the plane.

Libraries, Churches, Court Proceedings: You have a constitutional right to yell, scream, or both, in fact, it is patriotic to do so.

Crowded Theaters: Yell FIRE, it's OK, it’s just a joke.

Blacks, Gays, and Women: Yell the N word, Faggot, and Skanky Bitch, it proves you are a true American standing up for free-speech rights. 

Hospitals and Schools: Yelling and screaming is your right, especially obscenities.

This only worked for Remy because the mods agreed his content was a gray area and the community actually voted to acquit him. Neither of those is going to be true in most situations.

you should add to the mod application another condition, they must agree 100% to the way things have been working or they'll be demoted fast.

I'd bet we are already being monitored by several law enforcement agencies and advocate organizations. Our management group seems to think that whether or not Remy Brown's posts are dangerous or illegal is debatable, what they don't seem to understand is that law enforcement, the various advocate groups, and the web hosting platform, they don't debate.
