We need a way to save arguments before we publish them. My ~ 10,000 word response just got deleted because I clicked of the app for half a second.
It’s happened too many times before, but this time was worst.
I know some people wanted to be able to preview the text because the formatting is different.
Yes, I experienced a glitch, whether it was a system glitch or human error I couldn't say, but my argument was posted prematurely and was seemingly irretrievable.
Why doesn't the debating system work the same as the forum system where one can easily review past argument and edit within a limited timeframe.

The US is a definitively secular nation, founded on complete separation of the State and religion. The Left Wing of US realise this but don't realise that pure freedom requires as low tax and free access to guns as possible. The Right Wing of US don't realise that secular pure freedom means the LGBTQ+ and abortion agendas both end up in line with US's liberty-first ethos.

Literally just save argument in notes and copy paste it to debate. this isnt anything complicated.
btw if you're not too paranoid about Google, Google Docs is the best solution. You can even stick to 1 doc for multiple debates, delete and replace the text and all.
It autosaves every 2 seconds or so.
The issue is this site doesn't paste well from the Docs, it messed up some formatting, will blank out images and quotes have to be entirely manually done.
It's still the best free option if you don't have Word or something.

It is most simple file for copy pasting text, and for saving text there is. And text is what you need anyway.
Also, laptop beats phone by far. Copypasting things on phone is insane difficulty.

Seriously, write in Word (or a text editor of your choice), and copy/paste it into the text boxes here.
Not only will it not delete itself (as often), but it'll help minimize errors.
