Judging by his very old age, only one thing is a most likely explanation of his sudden absence.

No, not that. He probably went to strip club to slap some tits.

He's handcuffed to a pipe in Debby's basement.

But because I am young, I will outlive most people on this site.

Also, my high sugar diet wont kill me, because studies done about high sugar diet arent true in case of person who works out and isnt obese.

High sugar diet only kills obese people, because they take more calories than necessary. But merely replacing fat calories with sugar calories, without increasing total calories, works quite well.

What are your sources of sugar?

Canadians do have an acquired taste. It takes a lot to warm their palate in the 24/7/365 cold.

What are your sources of sugar?

I take sugar in multiple forms.

Carbohydrates (complex sugars) I usually get from bread, and similar products.

Simple sugars I get from chocolate, fruit, chocolate milk, juice... Sometimes I will even eat raw sugar.

But I usually eat a lot of simple sugars throughout the day. I need it. It has become like fuel for me. Fruit and chocolate mostly.

Sugar is most effective fuel source for brain and muscles, along with water. You don't want to be low on sugar, because the only other fuel source is fat, and that is a worse less efficient fuel source.

I have a really high energy from this diet, and my workout has basically never been better. The trick is to just not eat too much, to avoid gaining weight.

I replaced the consumption of fat with more sugar. I eat less fat, more sugar. I also don't eat meat anymore.

But the most important thing is to reduce fat in diet, because fat is least effective fuel source there is. There are only 2 fuel sources for brain and muscles, but diet high in fat doesnt work good for brain or muscles. Muscles and brain, will always prefer sugars, and they only use fat when they run out of sugar almost completely. This is why the only way to make brain use fat as fuel is to have very high fat diet, with like 70% fat.

I decided to reduce fat consumption to less than 20%.

My calories are about 60% from sugar and carbohydrates.

The only thing person needs to realize on this diet is that workout is mandatory, and as well as controlled calorie intake. You wont get obese if you don't increase calorie intake.

@SatanLucy

Be careful with amount of sugar intake bc excess sugar transforms into fat

Edit post

@SatanLucy

From the simple sugar list, fruit and maybe chocolate are the only good ones for you. Fruit is very good. Do you consider protein intake? Not that protein deficiency is really a problem

@Skipper

Yeah, the goal is to have just a bit of excess sugar, just so you aren't running on deficit of sugar. But true, you dont want to eat too much because high sugar diet is specifically designed to work with higher intensity workout. Most body builders actually have high sugar diet. I just went a bit further, and take about 60% of calories as sugar, and also eat more raw sugar, not just carbohydrates.

@Skipper

I don't eat enough protein, at least not as much as I should. From what I understand, body builders eat plenty of protein, like maybe 160 grams of protein per day. I don't. I still achieve good results with workout, because while muscles are made out of protein, their main fuel is still sugar, and muscles also need sugar to repair themselves after exercise.

I was thinking of getting protein or creatine powder, but at this point, I really think I don't even need it because my workout improves every week anyway without them.

Idk if the raw sugar is helping u out man 😅. That sugar is refined and processed and stripped of the nutrients. For sugars, stick to fruit and carbs like pasta and starches like corn and potatoes. Vegetables and roots like carrots and beets also contain sugar that is good for u.

Edit post

@Skipper

Sugar is the nutrient. I will admit that fruit sugar is probably better because it comes with vitamins, but the issue is, it's very difficult to get enough from fruit alone, because not all sugars in fruit are useful. Fructose is mostly useless in large amounts, because brain doesn't really use it as main fuel source. I combine fruit with carbohydrates and chocolate. But yeah, I need sugar in simple form, because that is quick energy. Carbohydrates are very slow releasing sugars, they are slow energy. In other words, it takes time to get sugar from carbohydrates because body needs to break them down to simple sugars first, and then use simple sugar as fuel source. I prefer to eat more of simple sugar, because that is just giving body simple sugar directly instead of forcing it to break down complex sugars.

Average protein per day is 0.8lb/g-0.9lb/g. I am around 150 lbs, so i should have around 60 grams of protein per day. Even with that being said, the recommended protein is actually a little less than that, so honestly I'd be doing great with around 50 grams/day. Body builders' goals are to gain as much muscle as possible and/or have the most aesthetic looking body, and this does not always correlate with functional fitness and health. I do not base my diet off of what body builders are eating.

For protein, eat cup servings of beans, mushrooms, and perhaps a little meat. Just 1 cup of chicken gives u about half of the daily average. But u shouldn't be worried about protein because everyone from carnivore diets, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, flexitarian all eat an excess amount of protein per day on average in US.

I personally recommend a plant-based diet with adherence to Dr. Michael Greger.

160 grams is way above the recommended dosage. Excess protein turns into fat

Yeah, for body builders, it's about 2 grams per kilogram.

But I don't really eat much protein, maybe 50 to 70 grams per day. My most common source of protein is usually bread.

You talk about complex sugars like they should be avoided. Simple sugars like trans fat, saturated fat, corn syrup that you find in candy and pop tarts is not good for you because it is inflammatory, it quickly runs through the body so it is disposed of faster meaning your body benefits less from it. Complex sugars activate your body's natural healthy metabolism and are broken down and absorbed in the proper manner. They percolate and are stored in the body longer and the different nutrients of the food are taken to the right places. Quick sugar strains bodily mechanisms and spikes blood sugar. Not all simple sugar is bad, but refined and processed varieties like raw sugar are not good sources of sugar. Simple sugar from fruit is the best. Complex sugar from pasta and starches and veggies is best.

I don't know how u can defend complex sugars being unhealthy.

Fructose, while being a simple sugar, is great for the body. It helps with gut and liver functionality. Fructose turns into ATP which is bodies main source of energy.

that is like the scientific perfect amount for your reasonable ideal weight.

My most common source of protein is usually bread.

Yeah, u can get protein from bread. but it is hard to get bread that does not contain refined sugar (like white bread). Even whole grain bread is not ideal for carbs and sugars. The items I listed above are better for protein and sugar intake. If most protein is from bread, the amount of bread u would need to eat to reach ideal protein intake would mean a whole lot of refined sugar which mostly transforms to fat and is more likely to be inflammatory

Meat is the best source of protein.
