Meat is the best source of protein.

Yeah right. Animal-based diet is directly associated with an increased risk of a plethora of disorders and diseases like liver failure, high cholesterol, cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, obesity, etc.... The American Cancer Society even says people should lower their intake of meat and recommends foods like fruit and veggies to lessen chance of cancer.

Meat is carcinogenic, its pumped full of sodium via the factory processes, its inflammatory, it slows your metabolism, lowers collagen production, increases chance of babies being born with diseases or disorders like obesity, usually very fatty and oily, contains feces and more airborne nasty bacteria than any other type of food, very easy to digest too much protein from meat. Need I go on?

On the other hand, populations with longevity and the greatest number of healthy years of life is associated with a plant-based diet.

Good luck convincing me otherwise. I know my nutrition.

Simple sugars like trans fat, saturated fat, corn syrup that you find in candy and pop tarts is not good for you because it is inflammatory, it quickly runs through the body so it is disposed of faster meaning your body benefits less from it.

That's the point. It needs to be absorbed faster. Otherwise, you don't get high sugar fast. Complex sugars are slow and you can't really get high sugar from them.

I’ve told u the best sources for sugar recommended from nutritionist Dr. Michael Greger. If you think getting sugar from apple juice is as good as sugar from a pineapple, you’re wrong because of the quality of the sugar and other content that is being digested.

You’re overworking your body by having it constantly burn through the quick energy that doesn’t last long.

You get glucose—blood sugar—from complex sugar which transforms into ATP which is the body’s main source of energy, so again, I have no idea why you’re complaining about complex sugars not giving you the energy you desire

I dont trust experts. Anyone who tells you to eat vegetables is just trolling you. Most vegetables have no any important nutrients. take spinach for example. No sugar in it. You might as well eat grass.

Also, fruit like banana are the only good fruit because they have more sugar.

You get glucose—blood sugar—from complex sugar

that is slower. Body must first break down complex sugars, and that takes a long time. For example, raw sugar in juice enters blood within few minutes after drinking it. Complex sugars can take days, because body cannot use complex sugars. Bacteries must break them down first.

this is why simple sugar is superior, especially before sleep and after waking up, because when you wake up, if you eat simple sugar, you get energy instantly. If you eat complex sugar, you only get energy after hours, and slowly too.

Western foods have too much sugar in them. That is why we have such high rates of diabetes.

Yeah obviously, cuz, the only nutrient worth considering is sugar. Forget about fiber, prebiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, water-content, cell protection, sodium, telomerase longevity, protein, carbs, (get a little fat in there too from nuts and oils from natural oils and veggies).

are u pooping? What is the consistency of your poop and the frequency of pooping? This is a good indicator of one’s health and metabolic rate.

This is why Japanese people who grew up in Japan and then travel to the U.S. think all the food is way too salty and sweet.

Japanese eat vegetables for breakfast and focus on career for life fulfillment rather than a job which is support for their higher life expectancy rates

Fiber and carbs are sugars, just in complex form.

Simple sugar is brain's primary fuel source. No sugar, no brain. Its simple. It doesnt matter what other nutrients you take in. If you dont eat sugar in some form, your brain stops working. Its like trying to drive fuel consuming car without fuel.

Same with muscles. If muscles dont get sugar, they stop working.

I drink 5 liters of water per day, and have high sugar diet.

I dont trust experts, because experts are basing their knowledge on studies which dont apply to my case.

If I were to trust experts, after starting high sugar diet, I should have had worse health, depression, poor mental performance, sugar crash...

Yet I dont experience any of this. In fact, my mood has improved after practicing high sugar diet. My health is same as always. tho my looks are better. My mental performance is better than it ever was at any point in my life. It took me less than two weeks to learn how to draw on PC after I started from basically zero knowledge.

Japanese dont have "high life expectancy".

they are chain smokers in many cases, and they have low birth rates.

Low birth rates increase life expectancy artificially because there are less people dying at younger age because there are less people being born in the first place.

It is of no surprise that Japan has highest life expectancy, but also lowest birth rates.

Also, Japan has such high suicide rate and depression rate, and their education is terrible.

Whatever diet they have, its probably not much good.

Japan is a good country to live in, but its not excellent by any means. Just better than other countries on average, in some goals.

I was referencing the simple sugar that you prize so much.

Yes, sugar is very important to the body and brain, I agree. But source of sugar is important too because of quality and additional content in source.

I am not sure exactly what you mean by high sugar diet, but one should have plenty of sugar in diet bc glucose is body's main energy source.

It is higher than America. We can discuss what is a "high life expectancy," but I was meaning higher than America.

It is better than the SAD diet (standard American diet).

In Okinawa, Japan there is a hotspot of centenarians. They were studied for why they live to such a high age, and the research concluded that quality family time and sense of purpose were significant factors for the high age.

High sugar diet = High simple sugars diet.

I often eat 200 grams of chocolate per day. that alone is 1000 calories from simple sugar.

Carbohydrates dont achieve same, but I take carbohydrates a lot too.

For workout, I prefer juice before workout. Gives such high energy boost which carbohydrates cant achieve.

After high sugar diet, I managed to do 50 repetitions with 10 kilograms dumbbells, and I achieved that in a somewhat short time. Now I bought 15 kilograms dumbbells, and I am again gaining 2 to 3 repetitions per week.

So in about few months, I will be able to do 40 repetitions with 15 kilograms dumbbells as well.

That is interesting. I have not read anything about your type of diet being related to longevity in populations. I know that processed sugar is more likely to transfer to fat and is more likely to strain bodily mechanisms.

Complex sugar distribution isn't a slow process I would say. The energy can be used quickly or stored for later use, whereas refined sugar that you get from juice "fizzles out" quickly and is more likely to not be energy and instead be wasted, harm body, or become fat.

Because studies done on this diet include more obese people. Obese people live shorter.

I know that processed sugar is more likely to transfer to fat

that entirely depends on calorie intake. If you dont take enough calories, it doesnt matter what sugar you eat. You will be skinny. If you eat more calories than you need, it doesnt matter what sugar you eat, you will be fat.

Complex sugar distribution isn't a slow process

It is. thats why its called complex sugar. Because it takes extra step of breaking it down to simple sugar by bacteria, and then be absorbed. So it is absorbed more slowly, and takes more time after meal to get absorbed by body. this is why simple sugar is best for breakfast and before sleep, while complex sugar is better throughout day.

i have looked at studies done on healthy populations such as from Africa, not obese people. Heart disease or some related disease was basically nonexistent in their society. Their bones were healthier at senior ages. Their diet was plant-based. It's literally what God intended for us to eat to ensure maximum health in all areas.

This seems kind of nuanced or smt. I'm wondering what ur point is? Are u getting enough calories? The thing is, health isn't just about calories. There are important nutrients besides sugar. Source of calories is very important.

I agree with what u said about being skinny vs fat. Average American gets too many calories and takes in too much refined sugar which contributes to the overweight and obese majority.

So you're saying that you eat the right number of calories from your sugar intake? You still have to think about what I've said a few times now, which is quality of the sugar and additional nutrients--source of calories.

Just because it takes more time to process does not make it slow. Compared to simple sugar it takes longer, but its longer breakdown time is not a drawback of its health benefits. I wouldn't say it's slow even from what you're saying because it is energy that can be used in the same day of consumption.

Now, meat being processed in the body is a slow procedure that does include negative effects. But it seems u don't eat much meat, so u don't have to worry about that.

Studies about high sugar diet are mostly done on obese people. I eat correct number of calories, so I dont get fat, nor I lose weight. I also workout. And drink plenty of water. Studies dont take into account these elements when comparing high sugar diet to other diets.

You were implying the data is skewed because it only represents obese people which is not true. I've looked at data of healthy populations. Plant-based diet is better for healthy cells especially avoiding cancer in body than working out + high animal-based diet combined. That's a study consisting of fit people who exercise, not obese people.

A study was done on Hawaiians. They were overweight and were told to eat plant-based. They ate as much as they wanted within the diet and still lost excess fat and achieved better body composition. I think you're overthinking calories. It's more about the source of calories than how many

But cant compare it to high sugar diet, because high sugar diet has no good study on it. As I said, I have achieved a lot on very specific high sugar diet, and for me, that is proof enough that it works. I cannot be convinced by studies, because studies fail to account for variables.
