Yep, we’ll see about that. I question a lot why I’m at college. Not that I’d leave until graduation because I have a nice setup, but I don’t care about the classes very much. I could’ve started making money years ago and learning things on my own instead of paying lots of money to institutions and making less money.
College has this weird effect of making me feel stupid when I know I’m not. I think this impact is part of the quality of scholarly education going down. Like censorship makes me feel dumber most of the time. Lots of people seem scared to share any controversial or personal
opinions. That type of environment negatively affects me.

Yeah, for me the money symbolizes responsibility, independence, and security which are important to me. I think about how Jesus learned valuable skills and monetized them to get the resources he needed for his personal work. Bro made chairs and tables

He helped his father, but he was always associated with being a carpenters son and not a carpenter. He showed his interest in religion at an early age of 12 as reported in the Bible.
I find it hard to believe that while he was living with his parents, Joseph did not teach him carpentry. It was common for a child to form an apprenticeship with a parent to learn the craft. That’s basic sense in giving children valuable skills to make a living

Mark 6:3 refers to Jesus as a carpenter. It was common practice for children to be apprenticed by their parents. I don't think His interest in the scriptures negated His ability or agency to learn carpentry.
No where are they impressed with Jesus as a carpenter or his skills as a carpenter. At the age of 12 Jesus amazed teachers in the Jerusalem Temple with his deep understanding and questions regarding scriptures as described in Luke 2:41-52.at a very early age.

Jesus did not need his carpentry skills to qualify him for his mission. His knowledge of scriptures was what impressed the religious leaders of his time.
If one reads a particular book regularly, one will become competent at remembering and reciting it's content. Which might impress certain people who have a liking for memory acts.

Jesus was only 12 when he was found discussing scriptures in the temple. He developed an early interest in scriptures even before his ministry began.
