Being proud of my accomplishments assumes more mental health than I currently possess.

That's a great question. I've had dreams where I was trying to get rid of a dead body, and it always caused me a lot of anxiety. I had one dream that was particularly long and vivid. I was so involved in the dream that after I woke up, it took me a full five minutes to fully realize none of it had happened. I have never felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders as I did that morning when I realized I had not committed murder, I was not being pursued by the police, and I would not be going to prison.
Anywho, to answer your question, I'm pretty sure there would be fire involved, and if I could manage it, there would also be a bone pulverizer involved, followed by the scattering of ashes on some body of water. It really all depends on opportunity and circumstances, though.

How does your mom earn a living?
She's retired,
She worked at a newspaper earlier in life, later worked part time during the summer at a couple state parks in Oregon, later became a full time Park Ranger.
Seemed to have enjoyed her jobs in life, found them fulfilling, generally liked the people she worked with.
Newspaper, got to know the people in the community better.
I think she worked in the local ads section for a time. Might have done more.
State Parks,
She took pride in getting the parks quieter at night,
Rather then people drinking and whooping laughing loudly at midnight or 2 in the morning while other people are trying to sleep in the other campsites.
Enjoyed nature, and being able to see the stars so clear at night.
Physical job, kept her fairly active physically.
Lot involved maintenance.
Social job, helped to know how to talk to unreasonable people, or intoxicated people, not escalate the situation.
Got to know a lot of local and not local people.
Some of them very colorful people.
Often gave a hand in need to people, when they were down on their luck.
Out of money, no place to stay, few possessions.
Helped some people with food or clothes.

What's the most psychologically and/or physically isolated you've ever been?
When I was a teen, I spent a few years being constantly on computer and never going out, never having friends or even any contacts with outside world. I think that is probably the most isolated I have ever been. But the only time I wasnt severely isolated was for a short time in middle school when I had friends. Friendships really dont last long, btw. Especially if separated by enough distance.

I can't say I can recall ever being licked by anyone.
Doubtful I'd like it all that much without a consensual relationship.
I don't 'hate old people,
At a certain age I don't tend to find them 'as attractive,
Though some older people can be in pretty good shape.
'Generally speaking though, I prefer people near my own age.
Course, someday I'll be older myself,
Might like older people more when that happens.

Yes. Anything from Machiavelli psychology, any channel about power and relationships. Its never too late to accept Machiavellism and trade principle of relationships and power. Kafka Metamorphosis is a prime example of trade relationships, and I enjoyed that Youtube video which made a short story and meaning of Kafka's book.

PBS Spacetime. I used to love that channel when it was more active. I learned a ton, and it was really interesting.

You lost your integrity.

I don't know if I still have integrity, or how much I ever had.
I think I follow the law and trusts 'primarily out of a value of function.
I like not being in jail or trouble.
It is useful when others trust you.
If one is recognized as a liar, thief, or troublemaker, one often loses a lot of options in life.
But I love my family, and don't expect anything back from them what I give.
I am somewhat fond of friends and do not behave in mercenary fashion with them.
I don't really get 'into situations where I might do something wrong, but this does not mean I would not do something wrong.
Can't say what I've done illegal in life.
. . . But I generally don't get into situations where I might do something wrong, and even in opportunity situations I don't act wrong, because I am not lacking comfort in life. I am not usually greedy that I would like to hurt others to enrich myself some small amount.
But had I the opportunity for great gain, I often fear I would go a fair distance of evil.
Never been an option yet in life though.

Habits habituate value, I tend to be honest and fair because I like those for themselves, as I practice them.

I think I still have a fair bit of integrity, but it's also a bit of a question mark for me, until one is 'tested, what does one know?
Ah, I can think of a couple incidents in my past, I feel a 4/10 for integrity.
And yet, it is for specifics.
Some aspects I feel a 8/10 on integrity, others, something lower.
. . . Weakness. 'That is one reason for my dislike and 'attempted general avoidance of a lack of integrity.
When I have been a person of less integrity, it has often been out of weakness, childish fear.
At least that is how I 'view lapses of integrity within myself. 'Generally speaking.
