All humans are pattern integrities in motion.

1} As a child I would spin relative to spinning of the pattern integrity Earth, that spins relative to the pattern integrity the Sun etc, so and so on. So not just a theory

2} As child and adult I expand-contracting via breathing in and out. so not just a theory

3| As child and adult we stick out our tongue ergo, inside outing and via expelling waste products our anus sometimes --if not all of the time is inside-outing process. So not just a theory.

4} as child and adult locally I and others orbit others, tho mostly not intentionally, only as aside to our daily activities. So not just a theory and globallly we all orbit the Sun

5} as child i danced to twist/torgue and shout music so not just a theory. Humans twist their bodies is common. Not just a theory

6} precession is the efffect of bodies on other bodies in motion. Locally we all move this way or that way to in congested locations to avoid bumping to each other, including with our vehicles, bicyles etc. yes in some ways that is mostly theory because any gravitional effects are minimal { planck scale }, tho not totally without minute effects.

Geodesic surface pathways occurs with wet golfers out golfing who are most commonally get hit with lightening and they often times not hurt because the charge travels the wet surface of clothing ergo surface of body to the Earth, without severe damage to the golfer.
